Flights Review

Mar 28, 2018

Seat space is tight; planes crowded. Boston's Customs (TSA?) re-entry is still the worst in the world! Vastly understaffed, inefficient and some very rude, unprofessional individuals.

Mar 27, 2018

Delay of 1 1/2 hour d/t delay if plane coming in.

Feb 27, 2018

This was a Lufthansa plane in partnership with United so the onboard staff were Lufthansa flight attendants. Very friendly....seats were the best we could get being in economy class - row 18.....just behind business class so more leg room.

Feb 8, 2018

Seats on Airbus are horrible. Uncomfortable and cramped. Boeing very comfortable with leg room

Everything is always good flying with them
