Seat in front of me was apparently broken and it made it difficult to get in and out of my seat. On landing I helped the person push the seat back into position. Thought flight attendant should have done it on take off but didn’t

Didn’t understand in the beginning of the flight why the stewards/stewardess were passing is and not giving drinks, water or anything. Came to realize they were targeting the people that paid the upgrade for food - premium plan.

Seats were very uncomfortable! !!

Airlines should really do something about oversized people. I am not one of them but have often had to sit next to someone who is oversized and for long flight it is very inconvenient and really not fair . My seat was taken by a third by the person sitting next to me. Airlines should have special seats (larger) for oversized people.

Baggagw claim in Rome was a mess. They did not list our flight on the board, we spent literally 30 minutes running around trying to figure out the right carousel. Why?
