The boarding gate was too far away and at multiple levels and was not easy to commute.Very tiring experience. There was no option for a free bag checkin so why is it in your questionnaire. If that is tbe case we would like to request a refund. Thanks.

Airplane travel is still uncomfortable, frustrating and generally unpleasant. Air Canada was a little better than some but not by much. The terminal in Toronto was exceptionally frustrating and badly designed.
