The plane was old and the seats were not comfortable.

Overall, an excellent airline choice. The only setback was having to pay for checked luggage ,😲

Aug 27, 2018

I am very unhappy though with the Economy type of flight. The carry on bag is too small and basically requires additional fees for checking bags. I also didn't like that I was unable to complete check-in from home. I would not select this type of flight in the future.

Helpful and friendly staff, plus everything is on time

This is why I ONLY fly delta!

I dont like the additional charge for the bag and how the staff didnt allow us with children under 5 to board first. The woman flight attendant was awesome!!!
