the amount of space in the lavatories is inappropriately small. Also, the space between seats does not leave room for normal sized males. This has reached the point of being worse than annoying.

The food on the international flights is consistently very poor. Any improvements including mote gluten free options are encouraged.

All airlines should be clear about tickets and the type of baggage included. I bought my ticket through Orbitz and "didn't read the fine print" so didn't realize I couldn't even take a carry on bag onto the flight. This is really, really, really bad business. It's almost like a "aha! Gotcha! you SHOULD have read the fine print, but you didn't!! sucks to be you!" As a result I didn't carry on a bag because my flight was too short to check one (I've had too many lost bags in my life). Just be upfront about it and very, very clear. It's almost intentionally pissing your customers off, and if you do that, they may go to another company. Baggage is one of the most important parts of traveling.
