The property was clean with modern updates. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my stay here. The valet service was organized with very nice staff members. I would recommend staying here for anyone traveling and wanting to stay in downtown SF.

Cute, calm, friend place! Perfect location as well!

Modern amenities. Large rooms. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

The room I booked(deluxe king) I personally felt was too small and since they were almost fully booked they couldn't upgrade me complementary. However, I was able to upgrade to a club level king room for an additional cost per night. The front desk agent even showed me both rooms so I could personally chose myself which was really nice of her to do. Once I upgraded, my club level room was very nice and spacious. I also enjoyed having the buffet breakfast included in my stay. Stacey the server at the restaurant for breakfast was AMAZING. She was so nice and accommodating. She helped me figure out how to get to the attractions and even got me a map and drew routes for me. The next day she checked on me again to see how it went which is really nice especially when its your first interaction in the morning it helps set the tone for the day. I would defiantly come back due to her.

Very clean room and convenient bathroom. Staff was kind.

I went to San Francisco couple of times to travel, and so far, this hotel was the best experience ever!! Very very clean, the staff were amazing, I felt appreciated here. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's location is also amazing. Thanks for the amzing experience!

The hotel staff and Valet service Men were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night, the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

A very nice Hotel with an excellent location right at union square.

After a night that was not ideal at The Clift Royal Sonesta, Hotel Nikko was a joy! The lobby is excellent and the front desk was efficient. The room was beautifully designed with attention to detail for both design and ease of use. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. They provided chocolates on the pillows, reading lights and digital checkout. The hotel is right near Union Square and it's very easy to get around the city with this hotel as a base.

There are lots of Asian people in this hotel. The stuff is a little rude. They close the public restrooms in the 2nd(guest service) floor every evening and the access is only with a key which makes your stay uncomfortable.

Overall is good, Just got one problem- as Platinum Member and booked the VIP Hotel. The hotel staff never offered any upgrade and thought that I booked from hoteltonight App. My last stay, I have asked the front desk about the premium Internet, and she’s upgraded me to the premium internet, but still got charged for $35 on my credit card about this charge.

Good location for shopping. Very helpful staff. Convenient location.

Very spacious rooms! Love the view of the city. Tank you for the complimentary upgrade! will come back again when visiting the bay

We enjoyed our stay at the Nikko. It was close to shopping and restaurants which was nice. The room got a little stuffy while we were there however otherwise it was perfect.
