This is the 1st time I have stayed at a Disney property outside of Orlando. This was not inexpensive, around $500 USD. This is a very run down property that has had its heyday. The rooms were clean but honestly, the main draw is walking to the park from here. Nothing else.

The location and transportation to the park It was organized

No where to eat breakfast (except 35 euro buffet) or get a cup of coffee. Room not in great shape, a bit run down. Bed was harder than a Flintstone rock bed. Disappointing for a Disney hotel. Worst steak ever at hotel restaurant. For 80 euros. Would not stay here again.

I looked the style of the property, but the building was very confusing to get around and quite far from the park (I think a quicker path appeared to be closed?). As an international traveler, I was not able to call for reservations for meals which meant my only options were lower quality meals at the park or the Disney Village, both a long walk away if I was back at the hotel. The check in process was very very crowded, and luggage assistance was not offered (as with other Disney propertiy and cruises). The bed was one of the hardest I've ever slept on! The shower temperature would not stabilize and because of the swinging door, the water would leak out and soak the floor! There was no refrigerator and housekeeping continued to turn off our air conditioning so after a long, hot day at the park, we came back to a warm room.

The location of this property is great however the technology in the rooms and amenities available in room were lacking. The TV system had to be fixed upon my arrival and the system never did show the correct room account.

Disney marketing machine in full force whether Paris, California or Florida but that is to be expected. Hotemfood options are quite overpriced IMO and lacking overall vegetational options at the theme parks. One daughter ate pasta and salad and was charged €65 for adult meal declining the rest of the options. Hotel breakfast- no a la care options only €26 pp for breakfast. I would strongly consider a meal package but didn’t due to vegetarian option but Disney food and Disney village options became very pricey quite quickly. The bottled water thing got to be quite expensive with our meals, unless you specifically need to ask for tap water, idk.

Great location a ten minute walk from downtown Disney and nice rooms with plenty of elevators , breakfast was on the expensive side and the small elevator from the reception down to the restaurant and the exit were the low points

Excellent location and service. Staff were extremely helpful with details .

Disney is known for its magic and wonder, a place you go to dream. This hotel does not reflect the same experience you expect from a Disney encounter. The beds are old, the rooms are tiny, the television is old with only a few news channels and some Disney channels (the English speaking in did not work) and everything seems to be outdated. We dreaded going back to the hotel and found ourselves shocked that this could be a Disney hotel.

Orbitz messed up my reservation, but Disney made up for it! Would stay again.
