This property is truly unparalleled when it comes to services and upkeep. It is stunning. But it does come at a very high price. If that’s not an issue for you. Then that’s the place you want to stay.

Nice facility, kid friendly. However, not enough amenities to really enjoy just staying at the hotel.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Very close to all Disney ammenities.

This place is absolutely amazing. I’m a bit of a hotel snob I’ll admit, so when WA teamed up with Disney, it was all of the class and comfort that I wanted from Disney. We will be back over and over! Disney passholders.

When leaving your “Do Not Disturb” sign, duct tape it to the door... Also the “hotel security” is actually “loss prevention”. So when the housekeeper ignores your DND sign and misplaces your wallet, Loss Prevention will try to convince you it’s your fault! Major fail that ruined an otherwise wonderful property. Wallet was recovered after a report was filed with the local Sheriffs Office.

The service was outstanding. I loved that they text to meet my needs

Shuttle service to Disney parks, nightly firework views from room, 24hr room service, spacious suite

Overall staff was very friendly and helpful. Was not happy one of their bars, Sir Harry's, has been closed for a while. Our group was looking forward to going there. The hotel continues to advertise it online and even in the hotel info handed to me at check-in. Room had numerous carpet stains, stains on the couch. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. Cocktail service was very slow poolside. And this was all over July 4th weekend. The price of the room did not match the attention to detail that would be required. Have had much better overall experience at a Disney resort or Marriott.

Beautiful property, friendly and responsive staff. Did their best to anticipate needs.

Property is very nice. Only challenge was when we needed to contact the hotel by phone with questions- we had several times with no answer and once a hang up. In the other hand, we were treated very nicely by hotel staff

There are so many amazing things that you experience all at once. The Waldorf is just in a word, superior. It is not visually overpopulated with items. The lobby is grand with just enough pieces that are strategically placed to where you can admire the grandeur, the space, the pieces without visual competition. Everything works in harmony to give those who walk in, a sense of wonderful space which immediately sets a mood of calm. Just lovely. Every single staff member we encountered were genuinely kind and helpful. I love when employees show that they are proud of where they work and that they love where they work based on how they treat the customers. It truly shows. The breakfast was amazing. There is always something going on at the Waldorf and so many things to enjoy. The room was clean beyond standards. Every corner, every door, every counter was white glove clean. The hotel and rooms smell clean and there is no offensive carpet smell. Just clean. there are sooooo many things to come to the Waldorf for and all of those things would be satisfied and then some. On this particular trip, the Waldorf gave us an extra special gift which touched my family's heart so much, that it brought grateful tears. Thank you Waldorf Astoria, for the red carpet treatment and for taking such marvelous care of our family. You made a wonderful trip extra special and created a remarkable memory for my family.

Everything about this hotel is extraordinary. Our room was impeccable, staff were friendly and courteous, breakfast at Oscar's delicious. Will be back!

Beautiful property, great size room for family . More reasonable than paying to stay at Disney owned hotel and easy to travel to parks

I have to say whoever rates this WA as 5 stars has never experienced a 5 star hotel. Room are so small, staff so unproffesional. Good luck speacking in your room after 11pm. Neighbors knocking on door, calling security. But when kids are screaming in hallways its ok. Didnt even have the tv on and just speaking in room, unbelievable. So over rated, over priced, so many better options in Orlando. Save yoir money and stay away from this wanna be 5 star.
