It is a old property that needs updating. the pool area was great. The rest of the hotel needs some work.

There was no microwave available or in the rooms, when we returned in the evening the room was not cleaned, the additional cost for parking and other fees associated with the room that you are not aware of until you check in.

Most Comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Very clean in the room. Great staff

I wish they had spa services on site and larger selection on menu for dining

good value for the money, would stay again. Close to parks.

The pool was great they had a DJ on Saturday and Sunday. Good time.

The lobby and outdoor area are great including the pool. Loved that they had a small gym. The hallways are a bit dank and dirty and the carpeting in the room hotel room itself definitely needed to be cleaned or ripped out. Other than being a little outdated and the carpeting, the facility was nice. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. I don't really think having to pay at $25 daily resort fee was reasonable though. The daily parking fee coupled with that it also a little unreasonable in my opinion

The pool was great and the staff was super friendly.

Several pools, and was VERY close to Disney World.

Great location. Commons areas are wonderful-rooms need attention. Rooms need repair and a deep cleaning.

Orbitz had this property listed as free parking and free breakfast. Neither is true. Parking was $13 per day and breakfast is $15 per person. There is also a $25 per day resort fee that was disclosed by Orbitz. Outside of all the additional fees the place is reasonable in that it meet our needs for a stop overnight as we traveled through Orlando.

The location was excellent! Room was more than just basic, beds were super comfy! Best of all were the food choices available after a long day at the parks!

The staff of the from desk are good but the room service are poor.

The personal in front desk is good but the service room is poor. In my room don’t clean dont change towels no toilet paper

We did like the overall concept of the space. Parking was weird. Whole place is under construction.

The 2 pools and water slide and hot soaks were a great attraction. The Libby is spacious, comfortable, and attractive, as were the grounds, It was such a disappointment going to a hallway that smelled moldy, dirty rugs, open to my room and notice the toilet rim was dirty... I got another room assigned but wasn’t offered help moving after a long day of traveling, and hungry, ( it was in a different building on the 6 th floor) . Also key kept demagnituzing so kept having to go back to get a new one , all this was time consuming and detracted from having fun time in Orlando. The food was disappointing as well very average, and had to pay even for coffee and parking. It was like a hotel with an identity crisis.. you think you are going into a beautiful hotel and then get let down by mold, dirt, and inconvenience.., Never will be back...

Filthy rooms and hallways. No hot water for shower. Bathroom walls crumbling and all metal fixtures and door hinges in bathroom rusted. Payed for a pool view, but upon check in was told they had overbooked. No refund for the higher price I had payed, but compensated with a $10 breakfast buffet voucher for ice cold garbage. No umbrellas or shade at the pools. One pool ice cold and the other too warm. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The property was very nice. Staff as well. Very convenient to Disney! And the room had a fridge and although rooms didn't have a microwave a microwave was accessible for warming up outside food. Even after hours... I really thought this was considerate! However I was not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I always run my hand over the shower walls to see if the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned. The tile grout had some strange stains that looked like rust?? And the shower wall tiles had dried soap on them. Also a strand of hair in the toilet ... I really enjoyed everything else.
