It was fine for conference stay. Small suite, but clean. The cross walk to convention center is dangerous. Not fault of Hilton, but worth knowing, particularly if you travel with kids

Don’t like them treating this like a resort on one hand, and budget hotel on the other. The buy water schtick, and having to go down to shop to get snacks when they should be in room smacks of a budget hotel, except of course there is a facilities fee and the orice of room. Make up your mind Hilton. Also, room should not smell like cigarettes. And finally, what is witht he early checkout and late check in ? Why would it take 6 hours to have a room ready?

Everything was great! The only thing we would have changed is the pool was closed several evening due to rain

The property was just across the street from the convention center. Walk-able to many locations. The charge for parking seemed excessive considering we also had to pay a resort fee. It would be nice if ORBITZ included all fees in prices so you knew the true price. when comparing options. There were additional fees of over $200 upon arrival.

Loved it. Would come back again. Who doesn’t love free Starbucks coffee?

Unless you have small kids I would NOT recommend as a vacation spot! Resort activities are catered to kids only, kids over take the hot tub (there’s only one). Adults can’t even get in for the underage kids with goggles swimming in the hot tub. Kids slamming pool table balls all hours of the night, parents playing in the halls with their toddlers. Luxury Daycare. Very Dissapointed in our stay, oh the topper ... paid cash an they still charged my card for the entire trip, (stayed a week) if it wasn’t for having email alerts I wouldn’t have known until after getting home :(

Excellent room and facilities, very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will be back !

This was one of the most pleasant stayed I've had. I'm use to renting Villas and suits because of my small children and I have severe OCD. I'm telling who ever listen. This place is clean and perfect. Service was so friendly and courteous. They even made my bratty son a meal off the menu. I'm trying to figure a way back without having to waste my time and just relax at the hotel. I hate Disney and amusement park. I just want to relax and enjoy this hotel.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Perfect location to walk right on over. Loved the in room kitchenette, bed was super comfy. Pool area was under construction but looks like it will be finished soon. Will stay here again for sure.

One all the finishing touches (mostly the landacaping on the back lot) are done this will be even more beautiful

When you arrive you cannot even park without a room key, and then it is expensive for the area. When checking in they charge a resort fee! $25 per day! Not a bargain and the resort fee gets you about $5 in water or coffee (at full retail value). Not a value to Orbitz users. Hotel was fine, but the Fees killed any bargain

This place is very nice! I decided to stay there because the rate showed $67/night. It was a surprise when the bill for one night was $140. Now I know to look for the $25 resort fee and &18 parking charge. With that said, I would still stay there again. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very well kept and clean.

All the Hilton expectations were met, in terms of quality of service and amenities: Work-out facilities, pool, bar/restaurant, room quality. However, it was across from convention center, & we were in Orlando to experience Disney & Universal. Although the staff stated in April that shuttles were free to both parks, only Universal was free; Disney was $10/person/day, which was an additional $150!! Also, shuttles took nearly an hour to arrive at Disney, & both parks only had 3 drop off & 3 pick-up times per day. Not worth the stay unless you are attending a convention.

The two bedrooms were very convenient while traveling with kids, the kitchen and living room was a great touch for nice home-feel. Loved the complimentary movies, and beverages offered. Definitely plan to stay here again, it made for a relaxing end to our vacation!
