I didn’t like the fact that house keeping didn’t come by everyday. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. They could have informed up when everything shut down.

The pool was very nice and warm to swim in, which I loved! The food and drinks here are overly high priced!! What I am not happy about was the quality and condition of our room. As big as the resort is, we got a room facing the very loud road and our room was directly under the 5th floor, where construction was being done. So late at night and very early in the morning we could hear the construction noises above us!! Also, our room 1341, was NOT. A refurbished or redone room. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so after every shower the bathroom had condensation and the floor became slippery. The hinges on the back of the bathroom door were all stained in red (or who knows it could have been blood for all I know?!). The decorative sitting chair was filthy and stained. There were crumbs left non the couch when we first arrived to our room. The second night after housekeeping changed our bed sheets, I had dirty stained sheets with black marks all over them and in the top of the sheets!!! Really??!! I would NOT go back here!!

There was no customer service. It became a joke among the people we talked to who were also staying there at the same time. It was so sad we had to just joke about it. The folks at the registration desk were on par with McDonald's customer service. The shuttle only ran in the mornings, so there were no "resort" shuttles to Disney properties after lunch. One room never got hot water, one room had no air conditioning. When the maid took the soap, we had a hard time getting anyone to answer the front desk or housekeeping phones. It took an hour to get soap to our room so we washed our hands with shampoo. The coffee pot in our room had so much sludge in the well, that you would lose half the water when brewing the coffee. Yuck.

I booked using and paying orbitz. The hotel also billed me at full cost by accident and could not immediately refund my money. Completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable experience for me

Loved the Waterpark. Service was scarce and having to check in at 5, one hour after the planned check in time of 4 o’clock was extremely inconvenient with a 6 month old. Calling the front desk resulted in being placed on hold multiple times without greeting and when finally getting a person, not being helped at all and talking in circles. Need more staff and better trained.

Love the on site amenities and closeness to all the parks! Room was perfect for our little family!

The check in time is 4 pm and we have stayed here several times. Our room is NEVER ready at check in. This time it was about an hour and a half late but other times it’s been 2-3 hours late which isn’t right. They gave us late check out but then the maid came and knocked on our door early anyway. She was nice but they should have it noted somewhere. Also at checkin the girl said to me, “we ask for $100 deposit but if that’s not ok we will take $50 so I’m going to go ahead and do the $100 is that ok? It drops off immediately when you check out.” I told her no, if she could do $50 then do $50. And she is either uninformed or fibbed about it dropping right off as it was still lingering 2 days later. I’ve not yet checked today... the rooms are nice but there’s just a feeling of something missing here. Also, our room had 1 fork, 2 spoons and 6 knives which made no sense. We made sure to tell them before we left so that we didn’t get charged for it. The last time we came the remote in the wall for the fan was missing, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work even to call down to the front and the bedside table light didn’t work. As clean as the rooms are it just feels like there’s neglect and it’s disjointed. Like perhaps the departments don’t communicate well. Also, they always say the are going to call when the room is ready but I have found this not the case. On a happy note, pool was nice and warm and staff seemed nice.

Great spot for the kids and families. Buffet was easy and kids eat free was nice, but buffet emphasized hot dogs and hamburger (no accessories like lettuce or tomatoes or pickles) along with fries. Kids didn’t care. They loved this place. Pool is amazing and life guards are a really reassuring presence. Staff was nice and friendly. Kids also loved the bunk bed room.

Room size, kids loved the bunk beds, pool facility was amazing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The food at the restaurant wasn't the best. Didn’t like extra charges either: 35$ daily resort fee, 15$ daily parking fee.

Water park was great. Everything was good, rooms are very comfortable

The staff was very professional and attentive to my request! Great hotel for families with children!
