I think the food options in the market place could be better Also think there should be more times available to get shuttle to the parks and more than 1 drop off location available

Very disappointed on the hidden fees and additional money spent on hotel..Hotel needs more remodeling work.

Close to everything, universal and Disney parks. A lot of stuff to do in the hotel also if you need.

Room door was left open after house keeping came by. For over 8 hours. Waited 70 mins to Talk to manager and file a report and nothing was done other than a credit of 100 resort fee which didnt even cover the full cost of the resort fee. Room was run down but it was okay. Run away,... 1st time and last time.

Terrible, sink was clogged up, kids water park was closed for the duration of our stay, lights in the room didn’t work, and room had a moldy smell to it.

It was just ok. Water slides were out off service. Maybe it’s better during the summertime.

Perfect for a family stay. Bunk beds are a win. Close to parks. Expect a resort & parking fee. Kids eat free a value if the ratio of kids to adult is right, food and service were good. Arcade should get away from points or credits, that makes sense to no one. All you can play for $xx will get far more engagement and revenue. The wings at the pizza place were horrible. You can tell when they go from freezer to fryer, pizza was good. Parking was fine, grounds were nice, solid pool (maybe a paint job). Overall recommend.

The hotel was awesome. The pools and waterslides were amazing. The restaurant had delcious food and the bar had awesome drinks. We loved are stay.

Smell in the room was not comfortable other than that the room was amazing

My family and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas time and once we arrived, at about 1:00AM, we checked in. They charge a resort fee (if you're not aware) of $30 per night. Which the resort fee includes parking, use of the waterpark, and transportation to and from the parks. If you know, Florida is pretty chilly/cold during this time of year and not once during our stay did we use the waterpark. After checking in we went to our two bedroom room and it included a bunk bed in one room, one queen sized bed in another, and a pull out sofa bed...which isn't what we reserved when we booked our trip. We were expecting the bunk bed, TWO queen sized beds, and the pull out bed. We called the front desk to explain and with attitude they said the pull out sofa bed is "queen-sized." The mattress was so thin that as soon as you sit or lay on it you can feel the springs right beneath you. It was 2:00AM and we were all tired so we sucked it up and stayed. To sum up the rest of our stay we learned you have to book reservations up to a day before you decide to use their shuttle bus service (not stated anywhere) and that's if they have enough space for your family (which they didn't for us). We used Uber instead because of this. Not once did we use the shuttle bus. When we checked out we asked for a refund for the resort fee because we did NOT use the amenities. The manager, James, refused because it's a "mandatory" fee. So you get charged for amenities you can't use. Never staying here again.

Faciloty and staff are great. I just hate that check in is not until 3pm. By then its so cold and hard to enjoy the pool area. They do have warm pool areas but it still gets quite chilly in Dec even in Orlando. Otherwise, we had a very good stay.

Great for kids. The pool rocked. Great deal on the buffet, but if I had to eat there one more time I might die. HAHA. Great place overall.

The hotel room had leakage problem and the rug was wet on some spots.

The hotel is fine. Hotel staff are helpful. But the first floor room next to the water park is noisy. Hotel guests ignored the quite time signs. Mandatory charges for water park even if you don't use it. Better for family vacation, but not for business travel.

They lied to me about the price of tickets being cheaper in the lobby than at the park gate.

It’s a nice hotel, rooms are clean and staff are friendly. I think my bathroom needs new grout on tiles because they looked a little black. I think another snack bar or restaurant to eat would be nice, it didn’t seem like there was much to choose from besides subway and Antonio’s pizza. Lakeside eatery was only open in the morning or after 5 pm.

The water slides we're closed the week we were there. Our floor smelled like weed. The food was way over priced. All the outside bars and food closed by 5pm. The entertainment department was disappointing for the kids. Way better when owened by Nickelodeon.

Great for families! Close to everything!! I love the pillows!!

We’re very sorry that your accommodations weren’t up to our usual high standards. We would have been happy to address this matter and provide you with a room that allowed you a more comfortable stay. We understand your disappointment that the Kids Splash Zone was closed during your stay. This was a temporary situation and it is again available to our guests as is our normal array of fun-filled resort amenities and attractions. We hope you’ll be our guest again and enjoy all that our hotel has to offer.
