The parking situation was terrible. I dont know what was going on but you could barely find a space.

Close to Universal 1mile walk No Starbuck's open Rooms old and have a moldy odor Toliet ran Charge $23 for parking $2 for crappy hotel coffee - no coffee machine in room No daily cleaning service Shuttle service is a joke reservation required and you need to make the reservation with concierges which was never around- waste!

Worst experience ever. I stayed for 4 nights. They dont have personañ to clena the rooms. Not even tha basic. I understand is not a normal time for the COVID-19. But the cleaning at the hotel is horrible dirty and they dont seng you new sheets or towels. Unless you call several times. Dont recommended to go there .

The place looked dirty and not well kept. They charge for the room, but also for the parking which is about 25$/day

Even with new regulations the staff was amazing . The hotel room was so nice and cozy . I appreciate the seal on the door !! Two things I did not like is thatI wasn’t expecting the paid parking and the hot tub was COLD . Other than that AMAZING stay .

Pretty clean, the tub faucet dripped for a while after use.

Average Hotel says “Entrance to Universal” Too Far to Walk $10 Uber, not enough Shuttles to make that an option.

Bars and restaurants and hot tubs closed. It made for a sad trip.

Comvenient, close to a load of attractions. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Best hotel nice staff I loved everything and I’ll back soon

Great front desk, large well appointed rooms, travel information desk, close to amusement parks, excellent paid valet parking.

It’s conveniently located, clean rooms and friendly staff

Thank you for your recent stay. There have been several changes affecting the hospitality industry since the pandemic started. This does include no daily Housekeeping service though we do have supplies available at the front desk or by calling the front desk for delivery. This is now an industry common standard at hotels. Please inquire with the specific hotel if daily Housekeeping is required. Thank you for your feedback.
