I would not recommend or return to this property. After informing the reception desk that my elbow was swollen and aching from a metal bar inappropriately placed in the women's room, they didn't care to apologize. I spoke to the manager on duty, who was in agreement that it was hazard and they said the reception desk representative should have utilized the EMT service at the hotel. My elbow was swollen and bruised for the whole vacation so pushing my daughters stroller was out of the question. On top of that, the room wasn't cleaned properly from the previous guests as there was crushed goldfish crackers in the kitchenette and corners. I didn't bother using in-room amenities as I didn't trust the cleanliness of the items.

The facility was very nice, my only criticism were the lines you had to wait in to check out/pay with hot food

The hotel is amazing, especially for kids and teens. Cast members at this hotel are usually friendly, but some more than others. Some will not be friendly, but most will be friendly and helpful. The place is neat, lots of variety of food to choose from at The Landscape.

It's a Disney resort. Super clean and with the direct access to the Skyliner system it is completely worth it.

Loved the family suites. Pools are great and the themes and decorations are second to none. Need more staff at the front desk but otherwise it was great.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The first day housekeeping never came to clean and we had to request them. Probably won’t go back.

Nice property. A ton of walking if you’re not in right areas. Need golf carts or something

The rooms and carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, the buffet needs updated with more healthy options

The beds were hard as a rock. Rooms was clean. Food was just okay but the staff in the food court was rude and not very helpful. The resort was very well kept outside though.

Great theme decoration for kids but needs more options on restaurants menu

The property was always clean and everyone was so friendly. There was never a moment where I was unable to approach someone. They even offered to switch my room when we had a bathroom issue and because it was midnight there was not someone available to fix it.

We actually enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay! Perfect for kids

The walk from our little mermaid room to the buses/restaurant was about a half mile which is brutal after a long day in the parks. The room could definitely use a refresh. The food court was pretty disappointing as well. This was our 3rd time at this resort and will be our last.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved every aspect of the resort. The only downfall was the transportation, but I don’t think that is the resorts fault

Beautiful property. Great theming. Staff was very friendly. The cars suite was really cute and comfy enough for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Amazing property! And staff! Very expensive but wonderful

The only thing i can say i COMPLETELY disliked was the soaps and shampoos in the suites. These normal complementary hotel items that guests count on to wash off the Florida sweat were the worst products i have ever encountered. This is a simple fix Disney. They smelled so bad! Then we smelled bad. Theres a million other products please change this bad choice. Ill pack my own next time.
