The theme for sure... and it was very relaxing comforting and excess to all the parks we wanted to go.

The view from the Savannah room and the entire staff were friendly and friendly - very customer centric.

The hotel is gorgeous. I really enjoyed the lobby. Our room overlooked the animals and it was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Make sure you sample everything.

We requested a bunk and a queen bed but the hotel no longer has a bunk bed. We requested the extra bed but get an air bed that kept deflated. The club level food is not accomodate vegetarian diet. The club level service hour is not fit into the park schedule. All of the park showes were end at 7-8 pm and the dinner end at 7 pm. We should be communicated that the bunk bed is no longer available so we make changes to the plan.

Love the decor, the animals, the feel. It’s definitely not a cheap place to eat but the food is delicious!

The decorations are great. Loved how quiet the rooms all were. Animals make it unique

your room will come with a wildlife-spotting guide and it will impact your trips out of this resort if you have a need to "collect" all the animals. not to brag too hard... but i was able to locate 24 out of the 30 listed animals. what's even more amazing than trying to spot all 30 animals is finding BONUS animals at this resort. the following animals were excluded from the wildlife spotting guide that I spotted/ included in my book: a black racer snake, multiple eastern cottontails and multiple brown anoles. the resort was very nice because it was ery expensive. this resort is far from most attractions except for the animal kingdom but they make up for it by placing your shuttle arguably closer to the exit of the parks. I definitely got a sense of superiority while waiting for our shuttle outside of the parks while standing underneath the animal kingdom resort sign. stay here if you want to chase this feeling.

It was a beautiful Resort. There was nothing I disliked.

The savannah view rooms are well worth the little bit more as looking at the animals was amazing!!

The animals and the environment were beyond expectations. We were able to lay in bed and watch giraffes!!! Beds were wonderful! The bathroom has a bad design, the large door opens into the toilet/bathtub area. There is not enough room to bath or groom efficiently.

Pricey but worth it. Totally worth it. Transportation included and wonderful service go to Disney to stay at resort even without parks

Older property needs updating. Otherwise the amenities are excellent. The restaraunt Jiko is pricey but worth the money.

Super great place! Highly recommend, Disney always impresses. They are renovating, our room must be next on the list. Shower sprayed the wall outside the shower and TV didn’t pick up channels.

Great hotel, great stuff but beds are not comfortable. Pillows were like they were made of rubber.
