I liked that the food court was available so close and at reasonable prices. Breakfasts were fantastic. I like the pool area. I did not care for the décor of the rooms - looked like they hadn't been updated since the place was built. Really ugly color scheme, ugly shower curtain, and no comfortable chair to sit in.

For a value hotel the facilities and grounds gave a feeling if so much more.

Disney friendly staff. The room was a little dated but comfy. Had a motel odor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi was very slow. T

Great bus service. Good ice cream sandwiches. Nice gift shop. Needed better lighting outside in walking areas.

Nice pool. Bang for your buck. Fantastic location and free reliable shuttle to the MCO Orlando airport and all main attractions. Liked the dressing room curtain across the bathroom sink area. Liked that bathroom was separate w a door from the bathroom sink/mirror.

Our room was left unlocked, with our luggage inside, on the day of arrival. When we reported the incident, the manager gave us three complimentary fastpass+ passes. Nothing else was done and we still do not know if anything was taken out of our luggage. The resort was also crowded and full of people participating in events at the ESPN complex. We could not manage to get meals in the food court due to the overcrowding.

The layout of the resort was perfect. Our room was easily accessible.

Cheer competition participants stayed here this weekend. They blared music midday with exploitive lyrics. Not what you want with families with small children around.

The hotel room is standard and wasn’t anything special, but it’s location in Disney World means it comes with very useful amenities like free transportation to and from the parks, magic bands, and being able to stay in the park longer with magic hour. Best of all, since it’s a Disney resort, there is free airport pick up and luggage service.

Shuttles were convenient. Movies by pool each night

Great for families with kids but room was small and not as nice as the photos I saw. My room wasn’t available until an hour after check in but the team then approved a late check out for us to make up for it. That was very nice.

The rooms are very small but comfortable for two people. It is set up like a motel. The property is really cute outside. We stayed there for the Disney bus transportation but it was extremely slow all over the parks and hotel. Maybe it was a busy week, but it made for a less positive experience due to the time spent traveling.

Disney check in/check out has always been waaaayyyy too long. no complaints with reps at all. it's just that 40 minutes to get checked in is excessive. it's a management issue. management has got to figure out a way to allow a quicker check in. it's always been this way at any Disney hotel. all star desperately needs renovation.

Love the Disney icons around the property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Transportation is great.

My son loved the sports theme and the swimming pool.
