i got the rest i needed . just the place I needed at the time i needed it..at a good price too

I waited at the airport for almost 2 hours waiting for the shuttle which never showed. I called Hotel more than 120 times & nobody answered. I finally took a taxi for $22.00 & upon arrival I see the shuttles in parking lot and someone at the desk. I asked the person at desk why he wasn't answering phone & he said there was a power outage ?? Supposedly the shuttles run every hour - The pool is not heated, nor is the jacuzzi - water was ice cold ! My room smelled like cigarettes. My balcony door handle was broken & didn't lock. Property is near absolutely nothing except airport & McDonalds. I chose this property because I thought it stated it was close to theme parks which it's not. The breakfast was awful - does every hotel have runny eggs ? Ugh - I could go on & on ..... when you walk in, it's actually really really pretty & has a nice piano bar.

Very pretty pool area. Good breakfast selection. Room cleanliness so so. Requested replacement coffee maker three times as it was broken. Took it out myself and found housekeeper who replaced it. Called about tub that took an hour to drain- never fixed

Had bed bugs in my orginal room, spoke to front desk they offered to switch us to a new room. After looking at 3 new different room, we decided to leave since they all had bed bugs.

Dear Hotel - I want to share my disappointment of a number of items of basic maintenance and security on my very brief stay today.. We arrived at 1am with a 6am departure as wehave been working and needed a place to rest for a couple of hours, shower and depart early at the MCO airport. Your front desk person was pleasant and professional for which I thank him. I was told there was parking in the rear of the building with a security door (use you key) to enter at the rear. The door is NOT secured, is not with a security camera that I could see and drafty. The curtains did not meet to close the outside lights. We did sleep a few hours and awoke to shower and depart early. The shower faucet valve did not allow for any warm or hot water for a morning shower and the tub/shower was de-glazed. Basic hotel/motel upkeep would not have this letter be sent. The front desk at check out was the same your man, who wrote in a full notebook about this issue and said goodbye and "sorry". I believe we spent 5 hours on your property, but it left a poor impression for a future return. - Room 5137 on 2/5-2/6 thank you - As I booked via Orbitz, I will also share my concern with their customer service department.

It smelled so bad. The moment opening the door it hit hard. A very musty unpleasant smell, seems to be coming from air conditioning, which was not very cold. The smell never went away. The bedding even smelled. This made the whole room feel yucky. The shower did not drain. The door to the bathroom rubs against the toilet. No shampoo but 2 lotions. Hairdryer was missing. It was not the worst place we stayed, but close.

Light bulbs missing from lamps. No phone in 1st room. Very shoddy, dated decor. Very poor/dangerous electrics. Well dealt with by pleasant staff. Much better breakfast than expected! Airport shuttle service good.

The first room I was put in had a completely broken door knob on my side where there was another door to the conjoining room. As a woman traveling alone this made me feel completely unsafe. This room seemed to be newly “renovated” but looked to be unfinished. There were screws and wall brackets on the floor and construction dust in every corner. I asked to be moved somewhere else... The second room was on the second floor and had what looked to be kicked in at some point and had a patched in hole at the bottom right hand corner. The room smelled of stale smoke, more parched holes in the walls inside. Overall a very scary setting. I went to look out the window and found a “balcony” with the words “use both locking devices for your personal safety”. I then touched the bar that is the second “locking device” and the thing fell down. I went to the front desk and asked about a refund and they said no. I put my room key on the counter and went down the street to a la Quinta and got a safe, clean room and a good nights sleep before my flight out of Orlando.

Place was ok just stayed 1 night, place is old but it was just 1 night

Greta location to airport. Great staff and response to airport shuttle needs. Great Front Desk and courteous drivers. Amenities is typical for this type of hotel. Noting special but sufficient. Bedding was good and towels were good. The only negative thing was dirty/stained carpet. Would receive 5 star if carpet was steamed cleaned more often.
