Excellent staff!! Thank Eddie the Lead Bell-boy for helping me load and bring my bags from the garage into our rooms.

Nice room super friendly staff right by the beach. Love to come back

It was disappointing to find out that the “ocean view” room was an actually “partial ocean view”.... It is near the beach, just across the street but it can’t be considered a 5 star hotel. Also the swimming pool area is very small and no sun after 2:30pm.

Great location and staff, close to the beach with great amenities.

Great location with an updated feel. Not too pricey for overall experience. Definitely recommended.

Great hotel with a terrific staff. Room was very nice and had a great shower. Pool area was large with comfortable table seating, sofas and lounges. Great bar off the lobby with a full wall aquarium that had Both great drinks and food. Our corner room had a great view of the pool area and the ocean. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel with the perfect location to the beach and in Waikiki. Great access to food.

Hotel was close to the Beach, very nice lounge to chill after a busy day, staff really knowledgeable about island, unfortunately beds were not comfortable(hard mattress)

The hotel is beautiful and it's more amazing than the online pictures.

Well when you pay for a ocean view but you get a 4th floor room and 2 rooms i purchased and you are facing a parking garage and cant see the ocean over the building section in front of you looking off of the deck. Very annoyed paid for a ocean view of course you never get what u pay for. Chad sedmak

Great location, comfortable room and bed, aloha service, and parking was easy!

Nice hotel and location. Loved the pool area. Free workout classes.

Fancy hotel, excellent proximity to beach. They have a free locker to store surf boards. Garage for parking rental vehicles. Wish they had room service for such a nice hotel. They do have a few restaurants. We were also upgraded to a better room for 10.00 extra per day.

Spent a week in Oahu celebrating my parents wedding anniversary. The Alohilani was wonderful!

Very clean hotel with great staff. The pool is the best that we have ever experienced and the location was great

Nice hotel, right on the beach.close to all restaurants, diamond head, shopping center. Bathroom was very small. Sink was outside the bathroom, with no door, which woke up everyone at night, when used. Bit noisy being located at a popular location. Pool was good, but always crowded.

Our experience at the Alohilani was very nice: it has been recently renovated, so there is still a fresh feeling about it (but I agree with previous reviews that the carpet is so odd that at first it looked like it was a construction zone!). The beds were particularly comfortable, and the linens nice, but I hate it when hotels put an uncovered down comforter between the sheets (ours had a bit of someone else's blood on the edge). In addition, when we arrived, the sliding door was so filthy on the inside (something was smeared all over it) that I called housekeeping, who came to clean it up quickly. However, my most significant complaint is that our room was advertised as an "Ocean View Room" rather than a "Partial Ocean View Room," and of course I paid more money for the ocean view. However, the room was actually only a partial ocean view, as the room directly looked at other resorts - you had to go to the right side of the room near the glass doors to see the ocean. When I called the front desk, I was told that a "full" ocean view was actually a "Premium Ocean View Room," which required a payment of an additional $90 per night. I felt that it was false advertising, and declined to pay the added cost. Nevertheless, the room was large and pleasant, and the hotel was in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants.

Wonderfully large room for Hawaii, with small sitting area and a balcony. The pool is lovely and the food they served poolside was actually really good!

Aloha Mr. Sedmak, Thank you for choosing The 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, and we appreciate the feedback. I have viewed your 2 reservations and they both were booked into Partial Ocean View Categories which we have placed you in. We again apologize that we have not met your expectations. As an aloha gesture we would like to waive your Valet parking charge. Mahalo again for staying with us at the 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach.
