ALASALAM. Oh i thank Allah for the moments there A reminder of my yester years. I was once hired there as a night hotess in the 90's i transfered across the room to my last postion as i worked there at the hilton inside the bistro area where i one day served a customer who happpened to be named Brad Hilton . i did an excellent job serving him a capucinno beverage .All this at the Lax Hilton . The interoir of the lobby area has been preserved and maintained beautifully . The staff was just in there work and very courteous . The hotel room was very clean having a look of high sophisticated office lounge time .In other words a place of rest not to over sleep . check out time was quick enough and the thought is in this hour anshallah i will be back.. a return just to rest once more not to oversleep . you get the picture no tossing and turning in bed at the hilton just comfort and rest . tds

No hot water. Room would not go above 65 degrees.as it was a cold in LA then.

Check in was ridiculous. We waited in a line over 30 min. There were people who got in line behind me who would've had to wait longer. At midnight I wanted some water so i went to the vending machine. The vending machine would not take my bills. So I went to the vending machine on another floor. Same problem. I tried multiple bills. Then I went back to my room. I figured I would call room service. BUT the phones in the room did not work. So I called the hotel from my cell phone. It took over 10 min for someone to answer. Finally someone did answer and they said they would send a bottle of water to my room. Great. 20 min later, no water. Surprise. Called the hotel again from my cell. Waited. Same woman answered with a poor attitude. Said she would check on it. Finally got some water.

Good experience. Would be nice to have a microwave or fridge in the room.

Great service and a beautiful hotel. Easy shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme. The room I had was OK although I could never get the temperature right. It was either too hot or too cold in the room. Also, the bathroom was one of the smallest I'v seen in some time in a hotel. The bathroom was also dated and dull.

Food in lobby was over priced and horrible. Bed was old and used up. Everything else was nice

There was an awful smell from the bathroom? Or the room itself? The thermostats doesn't seem to work that I could not get the air conditioning on. Bathroom sink stopper does not work. There were no amenities to be exact. I have to think twice why I need to be a member of HHonors program. Marriot next door can provide better service than the way it is here. Sigh...

Everything and everyone was very nice. It was busy and still got checked in fast.

Check in was ridiculous. We waited in a line over 30 min. There were people who got in line behind me who would've had to wait longer. At midnight I wanted some water so i went to the vending machine. The vending machine would not take my bills. So I went to the vending machine on another floor. Same problem. I tried multiple bills. Then I went back to my room. I figured I would call room service. BUT the phones in the room did not work. So I called the hotel from my cell phone. It took over 10 min for someone to answer. Finally someone did answer and they said they would send a bottle of water to my room. Great. 20 min later, no water. Surprise. Called the hotel again from my cell. Waited.
