Well the hotel tower we were in was so far from Fremont street a there were NEVER any handicap parking spaces in parking garage We did not have the white robes i our room for use to go to poo l. Even tapping the cleaning staff did not get them to clean up or let me just ay empty trash. We had to use Kleenex for the toilet paper. Although staff was very nice. No late check out While playijn in the casino for the whole week i was there only twice was i offered a drink. I work in a restaurant an sone of this just puzzled me

Room was very comfortable. Would like to have had in room single serve coffee maker. That was the only amenity i have had at other hotels that i missed at the Golden Nugget

The location was great, in the center of Freemont.

Was told by the manager that my resort fees would be waived because we would not use the Amenities that were covered under the fee. When checking in there was no record of the conversation and was charged the resort fee. After checking into the room none of the in-room Amenities were there. Long story short we paid anyways and didn't get the perks.

stayed many times here. Thought the Gold tower would be an upgrade, received a room between the elevators and the ice machine. Turned out to be very noisy all night long. Guess that is why earplugs were provided with this room.

The casino was clean and the beds were very comfy!

Very nice overall. Maybe too many street people in evening

Our stay was great, relaxing and quite on our floor . Room was clean, smoke free and comfortable. Property was amazingly beautiful , i would stay here again ..

great service, valet parking, nice buffett Beautiful pool area, casino was ok

Nice hotel. Were accommodating. Nonsmoking floods often still a little Smokey but not horrible

In the past we have been very pleased with our stays at the Golden Nugget. Not so this time. There were a number of issues... 1. elevators in the Carson Tower: They are in need of repairs and/or replacement. On one occasion, the elevator made a sudden noise and the door did not open immediately. There were 5 of us in the elevator and we all thought we were stuck. Eventually opened on its own. 2. The swimming pool and hot tub were closed for 4 days during our stay. This was very disappointing. 3. Upon arrival, we noticed there were ear plugs in our room with a message "If you want a good night's sleep...Use these" The first night we found why. The noise outside our room was disturbing. There was no sound proofing in the room (#3119) at all. Every night we were awakened with motorcycle traffic, delivery trucks honking and back up alerts, church bells and sounds from the room next door. VERY IRRITATING. 4. The shower faucet continually dripped. 5. The walk from our room to the elevators was excessive. We were generally not pleased with our stay.

Pool shut down. Paid resort fee. Lied to at reservations.

All good except ceiling was leaking water from the floor above.

Other than not being lucky at the gaming the rest of the experience was fantastic.

Great tank and a lot of diversion , nice staf, good restaurants

Reserved an non smoking room and was told that would be a$90 upgrade. Was told there would be water in the room but there was no water. Room was noisy, could hear trucks/machinery all night. A neighboring room had an alarm going off in the middle of the night.
