Service is truly exceptional compared to a five star.. from readying room early, delivery of luggage to the door ASAP, food and beverage and grounds maintenance. Failure are facility management-- buses did not correlate with electronic apps 80% of the time and were not allocated to parks in any way to the demand of riders. Second, it's nice Disney CEO got his 150 million pay last year so that guests are left with Motel 6 trashy looking shower pumps in place of classy looking toiletries.

Air conditioning doesn’t work. Too few outlets, very inconvenient. Furniture has sharp edge. My kid bumped her head and had a terrible booboo the first night.

When we 1st walked into the room, the room had an unpleasant odor. I never smelled that odor again. The rooms decor was adorable. The room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were all very helpful, and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay here.

Hotel very nice and area really huge - some of the rooms far away from the lobby and main pool. I contacted the hotel asking to stay close to the lobby. Because I did not book through Disney, Experia's standard rooms were as far from the lobby area as possible, facing the parking lot. Also we needed to leave a day early (noticed it late) - had I booked through Disney there could have been a chance to find a solution- now we lost one night's room cost. I shall continue to book through Expedia - for most of the cases - just not any Disney resorts or similar in the future, unless I knowingly accept the fact that I won't get the best rooms & the best location.
