Location and amenities were fantastic. I wished the pool was a little bigger.

The personnel staff were very professional, courteous and friendly,

Nice amenties, but very expensive. The hotel room was so tiny.

Loved everything. When we first checked in no smiles at the front desk but everything was great

The ac in the hotel and hotel part was not that great - the room was nice & ac worked - not sure if there was just temporary issues or if cause it’s a place of high humidity that they save ac use for just the rooms.

Hotel elevator not working at the time i was there . So many peoples waiting at the elevator and only 2 out of 4 elevators working during peak hour. Usually take almost 10-15 minutes each time to either go down to lobby or go up to the room . Very inconvenience . Not ho back to this hotel . Over price cost to stay here .

Hotel was close to across the street from the beach and had several stores nearby and underneath. It is at the center of several stores and restaurants which allowed for easy access through walking. Had farmers market on the first floor every evening on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hotel room had uneven floors and a large spot of molding on the wall. Felt slightly outdated. The elevators took too long during peak hours as they would allow certain people to use it and surpass the rest of the floors, EVERY DAY. The buffet was okay but the dessert options did not take into consideration lactose intolerant people.

It was a beautiful hotel. Loved our accommodations and the staff.

This hotel is to nice for the service they have. They charge my card twice and my sons card. It took 3 days to get refund it and that left my son without funds on his card the worse service and had two constantly call them and spend over in hour on the phone each time and nothing was resolved

Good location to access both beach and shopping area. Comfortable room.

The location was outstanding and a fabulous room with one of the best views in the world. However, the pool was overcrowded and it was not possible to actually swim in it. The gym was small and limited and overcrowded. As an athlete, I was particularly disappointed not to be able to use the hotel facilities.

I loved the location and staff! Didn’t like that the toilet kept clogging, the bidet didn’t work and the room was falling apart (ripped wallpaper and drawers/closet smelled bad)

close to the beach and other good spots in waikiki

It was nice and close to the beach great location. We didn't have to leave hotel

Convenient to everything Pool should be bigger Everyone friendly

Not worth the money we paid, $50/day for parking, 70/per person for the buffet and the pool was a sad excuse for a pool.

Bathroom is extremely smelly. Road noise is intolerable. Staff is professional, service overall is excellent.
