Really flexible booking, great find for downtown Waikiki, and extremely accommodating staff :)

Property is far from the beach. Location is filled with homeless people.

Beautiful and close to beach two blocks they even had beach towels and chairs to use

Breakfast and water filler are great. I stayed for 4 nights. Only ballet parking is available for 40dollars per night. On the first night, I saw a family(?) of cockroachs in the room and ended up changing the same size room in upper level. Instead they gave me resort fee($20/per night)waiver. Do I feel happy about this???? Oh , I almost forgot. I blocked a glass and no changes.

My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We liked the pool since no one really use it. We didn’t like how there were cockroaches in our room.

Our sink clogged, water drained in the room (sink and entry door areas)

The room was roomy and comfortable Breakfast was good

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms, very friendly staff.

The hotel is situated in a great location and convenient to what Waikiki has to offer. However, amenities and what is being offered to travelers are limited. If you do not know what the hotel has, they will not tell you. The hotel is also a little outdated as compared to other hotels within the same location, especially another hotel just across the street.

Location was good walking distance to the beach breakfast was good as well clean rooms.

Loved the corner room diamond head view location was perfect convenient to most attractions short walk to Waikiki beach

Very clean and Breakfast was really good every morning , location is really convenient.

They billed me 3 separate times on 2 different cards and your front staff was racist and orbit had provided a false advertisement on prices was charged almost $300 more Horrible transaction. Original booking wasn’t the room I was provided I asked for an ocean view got none!! I want a refund and there was month in our room!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Very nice having the breakfast buffet and that it stayed open till 9:30 so you didn’t have to wake up too early to eat. Really nice that the hotel had beach chairs and boogie boards available for use at no additional charge...kids loved using the boards each day. My only complaint would have to be the elevators are very slow in responding to calls. But outside of that, everything else was excellent!

hotel and rooms were nice & clean. We have a family of 5 and we all fit comfortably in 1 room, free crib for the baby was extreamly helpful . so we didnt have to pack our own pack n play, they have ones to use. loved that the hotel has boggie boards, snorle gear, etc.. towels to use. free breakfast was awsome!!! Real food- eggs bacon sausage potatoes, coffee, milk, juice, fruit etc!!. 2 min walk to beach, food, abc stores, rental cars everything was extreamly close.
