The room was missing several amenities. Other than that, great view, pools and beach.

Our family of 6 stayed in two adjoining rooms in the Tapa Tower for six nights on a last-second trip, which coincided with the State of Hawaii's response to COVID-19. As a result, there were certain activities we were unable to enjoy during our trip, such as eating in restaurants during the last three days, or the boating excursions. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The Tapa Tower is beginning to show its age, but our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping our room clean and sanitized. We had an ocean view and loved it. We spent a lot of time at the Super Pool and beach, with some time at the Tapa pool. All of the resort pools are well-kept and have plenty of chairs around them. It is also easy to get towels from the towel stand, although it would have been nice to have an open towel stand by the Tapa pool. The lagoon is a beautiful feature, and there is plenty of beach space on Waikiki by the hotel. We enjoyed snorkeling near the beach, and were able to view sea turtles, many species of fish, and even saw two whales from the beach. We ate at the restaurants on site for several meals, and enjoyed the food at Round Table Pizza, Leppert's Ice cream, CJ's and Bluewater Shrimp (excellent pineapple smoothies and coconut drinks there). Overall, I would recommend the Hilton HV resort for families. Plenty to do, and a perfect location. Well done, Hilton!

This was a great location from the beach everything you need is here And the staff was the best

We enjoyed having everything we needed within just a few minutes of our room. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

Stayed in Ali’ tower and Loved the view from our room. Good thing we could check in separate from other towers’ guests because the line for check in was a mile long every day. Wish the fridge was bigger and microwave in room

Iiked the hotel very clean and the employees were very nice

Location, location, location. Staff shows attentiveness and care.

The property is dated. The building that is advertised is not the only tower so ocean view may not be what you expect as ocean view and the hotel is extremely overpriced. I felt like I was in a regular city downtown until we went on excursions. They have restaurants and shops on their grounds but everything is extremely overpriced. My advice if you stay here bring some good walking shoes. The outdoor mall is not too far and they have over 90 restaurants there. There is bus and trolley service. Try rainbows, they give you plenty of food for a reasonable price. Take my advice and research other hotels in the area that are nearby. We stayed in the Kalia tower and had to walk through the property which was about a block or two to get to the ocean. They have chairs and umbrellas but it will cost additional to utilize them.

Absolutely gorgeous! Our only complaint was that the hot tub and pool closed at 8pm.

Loved the room that has 3 beds. This was my third time there and though there are beautiful resorts all along the beach, I'm finally getting a little familiar with this one and will stay there if I go back.

We liked everything 🤗 My kids were having so much fun at rhe lagoon

Love the hotel. Next time i would just spent extra to stay here

Rudest staff I've ever encountered in 30 countries
