There was a lot of turbulence the entire trip and the Captain kept us well informed every step. I have a fear of flying so being informed helped me not be so afraid. Thank you

Our baggage came in on an earlier flight, we went to the baggage ck office and the attendant did not tell us our bags were in the back room pulled off the carrousel and we waited and waited! I happened to see my bag in the room with a partially opened door!!

The reservation and overall flight was really great with no issues. Easy seat assignments. My only complaint is that checked baggage fee for 1st bag was $30 each way. Other than that all was great and I will definitely use Orbitz again and have recommended to my family and friends.

The flight attendants from Fresno to Phoenix were excellent. The plane was small, but had plugs. Nice, easy experience.

Paid for a seat up front but recline didn't work

Generally airlines treat customers poorly and we have no choice as a customer since there are so few airlines remaining. Given that we have little option, get stuck on planes with no legroom and are required to provide our own devices for entertainment and pay for our own food while the price of the flight only increases, I think this flight was performing at expectations. That said, my expectations are low.
