Flights Review

Mar 16, 2020

Really great flight, smoothest landing in many flights - for sure best this year!

Mar 16, 2020

Great staff!!

Mar 15, 2020

Person next to me was too big for his seat

Mar 14, 2020

Happy with everything, however, there was a lady having a coughing and sneezing fit in front of me. In this time of corona virus, I think that people in that condition should not travel, but if they do, the staff on the plane should have surgical masks ready to give them and tell them they’ll have to wear it so they don’t infect other passengers nearby.

Mar 13, 2020

Kinda was digging the lesser people from the virus scare.....

Mar 13, 2020

Thank you!

Mar 13, 2020

Flight attendant Cynthia Davis was amazing!

Mar 12, 2020

Good seat , good service ! Thank you ( I rarely fly United but will start to ) A good experience !!

Mar 12, 2020

Good prices just didn’t like that I couldn’t take a carry on and had to pay 30 extra for my carry on as a normal bag .

Mar 11, 2020

Wish you didn't nickel and dime for what should be basic travel expectations i.e. seat selection, baggage fee.

Mar 11, 2020

Get rid of baggage fees.

Mar 11, 2020

Seat was broken and uncomfortable!!!! Seat belt was taped. Old plane. Otherwise it was fine

Cheap Flights to Denver

The Mile High City is all about outdoor living - from exciting winter sports to a superb selection of city parks. And, with rich culture and history to draw on too, it’s no surprise Denver is popular with visitors from around the world.

When to Book Flights to Denver

With crisp snow in the winter and mild sunny summers, Denver’s climate is one of its big appeals. And, with so many outdoor attractions, this seasonal variation is a perfect fit.

Throughout the year there are plenty of festivals and celebrations. From the National Western Rodeo and Stock show, at the beginning of the year, to the Cinco de Mayo, Great American Beer Festival and Oktoberfest – there’s always something going on.

In the winter, the proximity of ski and winter sports means flights can get booked up and generally cost a little more than in the summer. But with 200 parks and hundreds of miles of trails to explore, visiting in the warmer period is still a great time to book plane tickets to Denver.

What Are the Must-Sees in Denver?

Denver is a city full of outdoor activity, with hundreds of parks within the city limits. These range from wide open areas for sports to colorful gardens for a more relaxing stroll.

Tips for Traveling in Denver

Denver is called the Mile High City for a reason. And while not everyone notices it, the altitude can have an adverse effect. If you’re noticing difficulty breathing, try drinking plenty of water, avoid alcohol and eat foods that are rich in potassium, such as bananas and broccoli. It should pass as your body gets accustomed to the thinner air, but try and avoid strenuous exercise until it does.

Denver When to Go

Denver’s mild climate is its best-kept secret, with low relative humidity and summer averages of just 86 degrees. No wonder, then, that locals anticipate the summer almost as much as the snowpack. And they’re certainly spoiled for choice when it comes to getting outdoors. Denver is home to the nation’s largest city park system with 200 parks within city limits and more than 850 miles of paved, off-road bike trails to explore. Golf courses remain open year-round.

Any season, pick a day and a theme, and the Mile High City will probably have that celebration. January commemorates Denver’s western roots with the National Western Rodeo and Stock Show, including a parade with cowboys driving Texas Longhorn cattle through the downtown streets. Many other celebrations throughout the year offer a nod to the city’s cultural diversity, among them: Cinco de Mayo Festival, Greek Festival, and Denver PrideFest.

Known as the Napa Valley of Beer, Denver’s downtown overflows with brewpubs such as Wynkoop Brewing Company, Rock Bottom Brewery, and Breckenridge Brewery & Pub. Although anytime is good for a cold one, the best citywide celebrations of beer are during September: Denver Beer Fest, Oktoberfest, and the Great American Beer Festival.
