The only thing that stands out on this property is the beach. No beach towels were available. No housekeeping services the first day. Mediocre food. There are much better hotels. Omni cancun has not kept up with the times. Hotel was old and dated.

Some of the reasturants were closed after they said they would open and the shower water was not hot...other than that i loved it and would DEFINITELY reccomend it to my friends.

All was great but the beds need to be upgraded not comfortable at all. Food was good ,,the live entertainment team during the day need to watch there drinking and body touching with guest. Other than that I would return

AMAZING STAFF, EVERYONE IS SO KIND AND HELPFUL, SECOND TIME BACK FOR THAT REASON ALONE. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING !!!

Nice hotel very clean real good food excellent service excellent staff

This was my first time in Cancun and I was pleased with the hotel and the staff. The rooms are a little out dated but were very clean. The food was ok a little more of a variety would be nice. We spent most of the time around the pool and Alan made sure we always had a drink in hand. It was on the beach and close to bus line so you could go to downtown or area shops. I would stay there again. My only complaint would be the Wifi was not very strong in the hotel.

Too many children, we thought this was adults only. Too many stairs. The food sucked. We paid for a deluxe room and didnt get it. The Hotel was on a hill.

Overall good experience but the buffet food was not good, few vegetarian options as well. The drinks were good, with ample bars in the resort. The staff was very nice. When we checked out at noon on the last day, they said we could not eat lunch since our flight wasn’t until 630 pm and we weren’t leaving until 3:30pm. I was surprised that this was the case since I’ve stayed at many other resorts and you are allowed to drink and eat until you leave the premises. I found this to be very inconvenient as I had to leave the resort and attempt to find a vegetarian lunch. They should seriously reconsider this policy.

Nice hotel. Food is good. Lots of drinking. Most of staff are nice.

Shower was leaking from the bottom of glass panel and the floor got wet bad every time while taking a shower. There was no tub but fixed shower. If your kid doesn't like to shower, you will have very difficult time. The hotel room has an unpleasant odor. There was on going maintenance on our floor. First day, we've experienced a loud noise due to wifi maintenance. Last day, there was intensive construction dust in the hallways coming from another room. It seemed like they were grinding a tile. Staffs were kind and food was enjoyable. Pools were maintained clean.

Beautiful Beach Front Resort! Omni is a Beautifully kept resort with great restaurants and activities for visitors!. They will try to sell you time share as soon as you arrive (just like any other Cacún resort) if you are not interested just say no. Otherwise they will try to set up a 90 min meeting for the next morning...offering freebies...We chose not to do this and instead we really enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful Resort. There are many pools, Jacuzzis and entertainment throughout the day. There are also many restaurants with delicious food. Try Da Vinci Restaurant! It is worth the reservation and dress up code! Travelers tip: book your own activities in Cancun with a reputable place online like Expedia Orbitz etc.... this will save you money and time. Most of all enjoy your time in this beautiful part of Mexico, go out and discover the Maya ruins and relax on the resort at the beach bungalows overlooking the beautiful light aqua waters!! Room was nice and front desk very helpful overall a great family Resort! Thank You Omni Cancún!!

Staff is very friendly best service ever. Room very clean, hotel all together is very clean, great ocean view if you get an ocean view

Nice hotel, ; good food options for vegetarians, staff was excellent. We had great time as a family since lot of different activities for kids. One small suggestion is that all food items should have labels and indication of vegetarian or not. Overall five stars

Have been coming to this hotel for many years. The hotel staff is great and the food is wonderful, however the room and the hotel itself are beginning to show signs of wear and tear. The bed were not up to OMNI standards and the room was "swampy" probably due to the high humidity but still it smelled moldy. For the price this is still a good value but with so many beautiful new resorts being built in the hotel zone, OMNI needs to step up its game to stay competitive.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. I would like to go back to these same hotel.
