The hotel location was great.. a 3 minute walk to the central station.. But Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable... I asked the reception 3 times for an extra pillow but I never got it !

Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and lovely accommodations even though we arrived at 8AM the staff was great at check in...and then not very helpful. Asked for feminine products - not available, exchange US currency for EU - can’t help, need help getting from Berlin to Dresden ...
