Once per cruise, the Pinnacle Grill is transformed into De Librije. Featuring the cuisine of Culinary Council member and Michelin Star Chef Jonnie Boer and named after Boer’s restaurant in the Netherlands, the menu showcases a selection of starters, soups, entrees and desserts from De Librije. Tables replicate those of the famous land-based eatery, and the wine list highlights a selection of labels from the Lady De Librije collection. North Sea Scallops are served as a first course to all diners; thereafter guests can select among three appetizers, two soups, four entrees and three desserts, for an extraordinary dining experience.
- Seating Times: Dinner only but check onboard for hours of operation.
- Dress: We suggest smart casual dress attire which includes slacks and sports shirt for men and skirt or trousers with blouse or sweater for women. On formal evenings, we suggest a suit and tie or tuxedo for men and a cocktail dress or gown for women. Swimwear and shorts are not permitted.
- Costs: $69 per person including wine tasting (four 2 oz pours). Guests may also purchase a wine pairing (four 5 oz pours) for an additional $20 per person. Additional specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, beer, wine and soft drinks are at current menu pricing.
