Fantastic Cruise by
Catherine T. from Dushore,Pa Sailing date: Nov 2009Pros: The boat and the cruise stops Cons: room was small This was our 5th cruise with royal carribean and this was our second favorite boat and cruise. Boat was decorated very nicely, and workers on the boat were very occomidatating. Ship Qualityquality of ship very good. We had a problem with our safe and maintance and they were there within 10 minutes and fixed right away. Solarium pool was decorated georgous. Dining/FoodFood quality was excellent, variety was good. Our waiter was hard to understand but very accomidating. Stateroom QualityRoom size was a little small, would not recommend 2nd floor rooms located on gangway side. We could hear all the noise, including the waves splashing up on the boat all night. Ship Staff QualityCruise director was great. Room attendants were good and also dining room attandants and waiters were good. Entertainment & ActivitiesEntertainment was exceptional, normally we don't care for all the shows, this cruise entertainment was great. We only had one day at sea but I have to say I thought there could have been a little more variety of activities that day. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful.

  memories to treasure by
thelma s. from ca Sailing date: Jun 2009Pros: Excellent, friendly, corteous by far the best customer service, taste and presentation of the food awesome, punctual and very organized activities... etc Cons: soda should be included with thirst quencher selection We boarded from Vancouver to see the city, stayed at a very nice "gold suite" staff were nice too, service was excellent, very friendly staff as always. But when we boarded the ship, OMG,from now on,Whenever possible and this ship (or will
consider same cruise line)is available Definitely going on a cruise than in a hotel. 2 nights hotel stay in vancouver was equivalent to 1 person fee (balcony)for a cruise. Loved it, my family including my sister's family was so sad on the last day. We are looking forward to our next cruise. Destination: eastern carribean: Ship- Serenade of the seas. Ship QualityMy husband was impressed how they make the whole ship "spotless". Dining/Foodwe were just totally spoiled. too hard to come back home. Stateroom QualityExcellent. Ship Staff QualityGoing above and beyond is what every one in that ship did for all the guest. Including my daughter who just want her fish cooked the simplest way of just plain fried "the way mom cooked it" Entertainment & Activities
Children's ProgramsMy 12 year old daughter had a blast. 9 out of 12 people found this review helpful.

St. John's, Antiguatour was good; small buses; cramped
Bridgetown, BarbadosAbsolutely the best part of the itinerary. What a wonderful place; wish we could have stayed longer.
Castries, St. Luciaaweful experience; tendered not docked; the only way out of dock was thru a market were sellers ganged up on you; also they followed you on the beach; had to go out of the market onto the main street in order to get back to the tender dock there were even more people following you. I felt very unsafe even in broad daylight.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.been there before, but still had a great time
Philipsburg, St. Maartenenjoyed the tour

  What a fun ship! by
Nita from Lexington, SC Sailing date: Mar 2007Pros: The service, the solarium, the food - it was all first class. We were seated at dinner with a family from NC so we had so much in common with them. Seeing them each night really added to the pleasure of our trip. Someone did an outstanding job of matching tablemates. This trip couldn't have been more enjoyable. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful.

  Great experience. by
Liza from Puerto Rico Sailing date: Nov 2006Pros: The SOLARIUM. First we have to say that the ship is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Food was great and the service was superb. The service at dining went out of their way to please my 8 year old and it made our dining experience great. Wine selection at the ship is great. Night shows, spa services, kids club and the gym facilities were all excellent. We enjoyed the Solarium and the kid?s pool as well. Let us add that during our trip many passengers got sick and the ship?s crew took all the necessary precautions so we could enjoy our trip. Entertainment & ActivitiesActivities: It was GREAT and my daughter loved the kids club.
