Everything else is downhill from there. Unfriendly and non-accomadating staff, food quality not up to par for this class of ship (and I DO like Italian food) and the cruiseline was completely unorganized from embarkment to disembarkment. My husband and I had the best time of our lives. Being first time cruisers we did not know what to expect but felt that it would meet our wildest expectations. It did. Our butler and maid we friendly and very attentive to our needs. I recommend that everyone take at least on cruise in their lifetime and go all the way out when you do.
