Disapointed by
Pete S from Myrtle Beach, SC Sailing date: Oct 2009Pros: Ports of call Cons: Condition of ship and quality of food Ship is in desperate need of repairs. Ice machines not working, Drink Machines failing, bathroom had problems, nothing seems to work well on this ship. Saw a maintenance worker walking on a food services area with his dirty shoes on. Ship Quality
Dining/FoodFood tasted "old" and was poorly cooked. Do Not recommend this ship or cruise. Stateroom Quality

  Most Enjoyable Cruise by
Lyman M. from Montgomery, AL Sailing date: Jul 2009Pros: Friendliness of staff, excellent ship, great food Cons: single beds pushed together to make a king bed were not comfortable in the middle. We had an outstanding experience on the Carnival Glory. The ship had a great staff from room stewards to food servers to entertainers. There was always plenty to do, good information available on schedules onboard as well as excursions. All three stops provided a wide variety of opportunities for any kind of excursion desired. We liked the different kind of programs each evening. The ship seemed well able to support a family atmosphere as well as meeting almost any kind of entertainment anyone would desire. Ship Quality

The ship and the crew were fantastic! by
jackie stevens from Lorain Oh Sailing date: Jun 2009Pros: I enjoy the many activities you can do. You are forced to do something you won't enjoy. Cons: The smoking inside the ship. It should not be allowed. I enjoyed the shows. The cruise director and his crew did a fantastic job! The Glory dancers were also fantastic! The waiters and their helpers make every meal very relaxing and enjoyable. I also loved the little animals you find in your cabins in the evenings. Ship QualityThe ship is very clean. You don't find dirt anywhere except when the guests are lazy and let their kids do as they please but the crew is very patient and cleans up quickly, Dining/FoodLoads of seafood and great food. Anytime of the day or night! I gained 5 lbs!! Ship Staff QualityThe crew is very friendly. It did not matter if they ever saw you before. Great crew! Entertainment & ActivitiesAs I said the cruise director and his crew does a fantastic job! Whenever you saw Ryan you knew he was going to make you laugh and have a good time! I am only sorry I did not get a Ryan Fitzgerald sports card! Maybe next time!

Nassau, BahamasI have been here before so all I did was take a quick walk through town and went back to the ship. Pardise Island is the place to go when you are in port.
Charlotte Amalie, St. ThomasGreat shops. Great prices on jewerly for everyone!
Don't Miss: the jewerly shops 4 out of 4 people found this review helpful.

  No better experience by
A Traveler from Phoenix, AZ Sailing date: Feb 2009Pros: Overall experience - cruise, pampering, tours Cons: Process of getting off ship with 3000 other people This was our first cruise experience... it was unsurpassed in quality and fun... we are already planning our next one... think of an all-inclusive hotel that moves you from place to place so that you can take in many different wonderful experiences on your vacation... just incredible! Ship QualityIt was incredible to see how beautifully done the ship was... exceptionally clean and well taken care of... richly appointed with art and decoration... a floating 5-star hotel! Dining/FoodIf you couldn't find something that you wanted to eat, you weren't trying --- or didn't ask! What people say about the food being wonderful on a cruise is completely correct! Stateroom QualityOur private balcony suite was the BEST!!!! Ship Staff QualityEveryone worked VERY HARD to make sure that there was nothing that could be better... Entertainment & ActivitiesLots of fun activities and plenty of places to go to "just chill"...

  beautiful ports of call by
A Traveler from Calgary,Alberta,Canada Sailing date: Jan 2009Pros: the relaxation Cons: the meals on the ship-the dining room were definitely 2nd rate stateroom was good but general cleanliness of the ship was poor. Also found a lack of utensils and cups/glasses in the red sail restaurant. Food and garbage under tables and a lot of tables left uncleaned.
The ship itself was nicely layed out and the decor was nice.
I also think they should review the adult entertainment a bit better. Using the "F" word does not constitute funny. Ship Quality
