Sailing date:

Pros:
The service Igor in the dinner dining room was OUTSTANDING.
Cons:
I had to come back home to go to work.
Everything is very planned if you would like to participate, and if you want to just walk around and take it easy there are plenty of places to do so.

Igor did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of us. There is nothing we waited or wanted for, he was right there. On top of that the food is fantastic. The support staff that Igor had did a very good job as well.

Fun birthday cruise
by Karen T from Winter Garden, FL
Sailing date:
Jan 2012
Pros:
Food was delicious
Cons:
Same old shipboard games
We loved everything about the ship. The decor is dated but the ship is clean and doesn't look shabby.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
The public areas were always clean and the ship is very easy to navigate.
Dining/Food
We loved the food. The food in the main dining room was always very good. The specialty buffets were great. The choices for a four day cruise were more than we could try.
Stateroom Quality
The cabin was small but was very clean. The bathroom had been updated and was one of the best we have had on a cruise ship.
Ship Staff Quality
Our waiter and assistant waiter were very professional and our food was served timely and very elegantly.
Entertainment & Activities
Comedy club was fun. Casino was layed out nicely, but very smokey.

Everything was great, my only complaint was the courtesy shuttle service had two different companies, one stopped on the lower end of town allowing you to visit the shops, the second shuttle first off charged you for a two way trip and gave you bus transfers then took you to the furthest point from the ship and dropped you off at some captured destination so you can be pre-solicited. Also Mango Mango prices were way out of liine, they were charging what carnival was sinking you for.
Don't Miss:
you don't want to miss the return shuttle before the boat leaves...LOL
Catalina Island, California
the weather was great, Snorkeling in Lovers cove, made the trip.... and the water was a cool 69 degrees

Every 5 seconds you had someone trying to sell you something.
Don't Miss:
The blowhole and the horse backriding tours. Amazing!
Catalina Island, California
Don't Miss:
Rent a golf cart and drive around the island. You cannot get lost and the sites you see from the top of the island are breathtaking.

Labufadora (blow hole) was interesting and we had a great tour guide (Leslie). The vendors on the walk down and back up were a little pushy but that is what you expect in Mexico.
