an exceptionally, superb cruise!!!
by Nadine M. from Nassau, Bahamas
Sailing date:
Sep 2012
Pros:
entertainment - Caribbean night on the Lido deck was AWESOME!!
this was my first cruise and i'm already planning another for 2013. The entire cruise was most memorable and exciting. the entertainment team did an excellent job at ensuring that the entertainment catered to all audiences. I was most impressed with the cleanliness, the staff dedication to ensuring that the ship remained clean at all times was commendable. they staff were courteous, helpful and so much fun. I truly understand why its called "The fun Ship". I highly recommend cruising with this particular line anytime. I've already began making plans for future cruise 2013 here i come..

First time cruising and it was Awesome!
by Isamar R. from Boston, MA
Sailing date:
Jul 2012
Pros:
Food/Service/Shows
Cons:
Basketball court too small
This was my first time cruising and I did not know what to expect... The staff was absolutely great; very friendly, and they work really hard! The rooms were very clean, a lot of storage space. The food was great!!!!!! A lot of items to choose from. And the best part is that there is food available 24 hours! I was not expecting to eat so much. Overall, I would definitely go on another cruise with Carnival.

Fantastic Cruise
by Nicole W from Toronto, Ontario
Sailing date:
Feb 2012
Pros:
The staff!
Cons:
Everything was amazing
I was very impressed with everything from embarkation to debarkation! The roaming photographers helped make wonderful memories, the entertainment staff did a fabulous job of keeping the energy up! Thanks Karl with a K, Andy Showers and Josh! The ship was clean and beautiful. The food - what can one say? It was plentiful, delicious and a very impressive variety. Make sure you go to Harry's Steakhouse, the extra cost is totally worth it!

I just wish they would open before noon for lunch and before 6pm for super, we like to eat just a little earlier. You can always get other snack food, but I like healthier food at night.

Awesome Cruise
by A Traveler from Denver, CO
Sailing date:
May 2011
Pros:
The ship staff! They were wonderful and a lot of fun.
Cons:
Cozumel
The staff made you feel like you were royalty. We go to know our dinner service staff on day one and ended up requesting the same table each night because of them. The food was wonderful in the dining room, but Emile's was just like a typical buffet...same thing over and over again.

Only one 110 outlet, but several 220 outlets, but nowhere do they tell you to bring the 110 to 220 converters.

Now that I have been there, I have absolutely no desire to go back. The people tend to badger you over and over again.
George Town, Grand Cayman
This was the best of the three destinations! The island residents truly appreciate you and do not "badger" you like Cozumel or Ocho Rios.
Don't Miss:
Stingray City
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
The local "tour guides" badger you from the moment you get off of the ship until you get back on. We actually had one follow us the entire time we were walking and roaming the shopping district.
Don't Miss:
Margaritaville was great!

Couldn't Have Been Better!!
by Drew F. from Worcester, MA
Sailing date:
Feb 2010
Pros:
Pretty much everything. The food was great. Service was out of this world. We had the greatest waiter known to man. Stewards make up your room twice a day. our cruise director was fantastic. super clean ship. I just couldn't say enough to do this trip justice.....
Cons:
only one thing happened that was a downer and that was room service was 20 minutes late for breakfast on one of our excursion days. But as we walked down the hall, every room pretty much had gotten room service that day so I can't really blame them. So I couldn't really blame them.
We had a blast. If you are looking for a very elegant, high class time. Then you are going on the wrong ship. If you are looking for relaxation, entertainment, fun, and an amazing staff that waits on you hand and foot, THIS IS THE SHIP TO BE ON!!!
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
only thing was that I wish there were more chairs on the deck. its hard to find a spot on the good decks if you don't get up at 6:00 a.m.
Dining/Food
fantastic food!
Stateroom Quality
Had an inside cabin. I mean, you know what you are getting yourself into if you get one of those. Its a bed, closet, and a bathroom. you can't move around really while you are in there. but as long as you understand that before you get on board, couldn't have been better. spotlessly clean too!
Ship Staff Quality
The staff is what made this place! our waiter was hysterical! had soooo much fun with him. he taught me a whole bunch of "stupid bar tricks" and stuff like that. the asst. cruise director remembered my name after meeting him for 3 minutes. He called me by name three days later that I ran into him and I was VERY impressed!
Entertainment & Activities
there as always something to do on board!
