ASTOUNDED! First Time Cruiser.
by Fred D. from Riverview, Fl.
Sailing date:
Sep 2012
Pros:
Being treated like Royalty is something I never experienced before. The food is EXCELLENT!
Cons:
Time in Key West was hurried and tense to get the shore excursion completed and to get back to the ship in time.
A remarkably enjoyable experience not only because of the food but the staff and officers make you feel wanted, accepted and welcome.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
SPOTLESS stateroom including lavatory. Only thing I would add is that maybe a trash can by the elevators would be handy as I had to search for a place to put a tissue. Small inconvenience compared to the high quality of...everything!
Dining/Food
Food was excellent in all restaurants, grilles, breakfast with a large variety. Small complaint is that my flat iron steak was a bit chewy on 1 end but for the most part was good with an excellent flavor. Not enough to complain to staff.
Stateroom Quality
Clean and comfortable. The bed was extra comfortable and for a medium priced stateromm it was spacious enough. Bathroom was spotless and the towel "animals" with sunglasses were a great and humorous addition from the housekeeper.
Ship Staff Quality
In two words...ASTOUNDINGLY WONDERFUL! All the staff including the officers went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed and were happy. The Captain even said "Alo" in the passageway when I said "good evening Cap".
Entertainment & Activities
Many shows and parties were available. Great fun.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr Marlon, Gun and Mr Kodak. They were the best well educated servers I have ever met. Mr Marlon exceeded all my expectations he sing, he dances, he is well educated and he is funny. I usually do not take the time to write comments online but this time I couldn't stay different. Once again My wife and I would to say thank you for the memorable souvenir.
Entertainment & Activities
Marcio and the cruise director Mr Skip Lyons were the best entertainers in the cruise.

Awesome Cruise!
by Katherine M from Kansas City, Kansas
Sailing date:
May 2012
Pros:
Great food! Awesome shows! Fun deck parties! Drinks are tasty! Energetic & fun staff! Beautiful ship!
Cons:
I loved it all!
This was my first cruise and I would do it all over again. Everything about it was great. We had some bad weather but it didn't matter because the staff's energy and fun guest kept you positive and you were always having fun!I loved all the activities, games and parties. I was always dancing whether it was at club Illusions, out on the party deck, or Latin dancing in the lounge. The stateroom was spacious enough for the two of us and we were always welcomed with cute towel animals. It was great! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this cruise!

Cons:
Rude passengers
The ship was amazing. Beautiful decor and very nice staff.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
The staff work very hard to make this ship appealing to their customers.
Dining/Food
Buffet is just that ...a buffet. Food is typical of a buffet. The dining room food was very good and I was able to try things I would never try. Chocolate molten cake and crab cakes are to die for.
Stateroom Quality
Stateroom was clean and comfortable.
Ship Staff Quality
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Entertainment & Activities
There was always some type of entertainment available. The comedy show was the best.

Excellent time!!
by Sarah R from Jacksonville, FL
Sailing date:
Dec 2011
Pros:
Very wide variety of things to do, great food (and vegetarian options always available), great customer service, quick getting on and off the ship. Everything was great!!
Cons:
The beds were too firm for me.
We had so much fun on this ship. There was so much to do, at times it was difficult for us to fit everything in!! We got lucky at many games in the casino, the comedy acts were hilarious, the food was delectable, and there was something FUN to do for all ages. We also really loved Cozumel; very beautiful and neat.

Awesome first time cruise experience!
by Cara from Buffalo, NY
Sailing date:
Aug 2011
Pros:
The food and amazingly courteous and professional service.
Cons:
Most of the desserts were "diet" and didn't taste great.
The cruise was excellent. Everyone who works there was very polite and extremely professional. The ship was very clean and tidy despite the large number of people! The food was amazing!!! I loved the overnight pizzeria! I liked that the ice cream was open 24 hours. We spent time in the casino and loved the electronic blackjack and Texas hold'em tables! The bartenders and electronic table workers were excellent. I can't say much for the other tables because we didn't play at them.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
The ship was a great layout! I loved the large open area in the middle of the main area so you could see what floor you needed to be on. It was great for spotting various points of interest on the ship. It was quite crowded, however, when the photos for sale were out. I think they should have a more spacious area for photo sales because it was hard to get through the crowd at times. Bathrooms, common areas, and rooms were very clean.
Dining/Food
Although the diet desserts were not impressive, the food and regular desserts were amazing! The Pride dining area was our designated area and it was very nice, but a little too formal for our taste so we ate at the grill area on the pool deck. It was out of this world delicious!
Stateroom Quality
We had one of the cheapest rooms on the lowest level, but it was very cozy and extremely clean! We loved the new towel animals that the workers made for us daily! It added such a happy and cozy feeling to the room! We didn't have a window, but there was a fake window with a curtain which made the room feel like it had a window. I often forgot that it wasn't a real window.
Ship Staff Quality
Everyone who worked there was very friendly and professional. I loved how all of the workers were dressed so professionally, including the cleaning crew. The cleaning crew was very prompt with any mess or left out dishes and made it a point not to be a bother to anyone, yet gave a very friendly conversation if it was welcomed.

We went on the guided train tour and it was a must see! We learned so much about Key West and the other Keys and saw all there was to see in a short amount of time. There were many stops along the way where you could get off and catch another train if you wanted to stay and sight-see at a specific stop. We went to a great cigar shop run by a husband and wife! I regret forgetting the name!
Don't Miss:
Southern-most point was neat!
