The wait staff was awesome and remembered our preferences, the cabin stewards were very friendly and kept our cabin clean, the bartenders were also very nice! There was staff constantly cleaning and keeping the ship "tidy". The comedy shows (Tim Foss and The Cowbow Comedian) were fantastic, the food was great, the shows were entertaining. We missed our Freeport port because of bad weather, but I was grateful that the captain would make a call that was in the best interest of our safety! Our excursions were refunded before we even had to look at our account, that very same morning, so there was absolutely no hassle in the fact that we missed it, and it gave us another fun ship day, which was still amazing! Ship Details: Ship Quality I was very impressed with the constant cleaning of the ship. I dont think I ever saw dust or a mess or a dirty window! Dining/Food I'm a picky eater, but there was always something for me to eat, and everything that I did try, tasted good! Stateroom Quality A friend said she thought the rooms would be bigger, but I was satisfied with the size of the room....I wasn't planning on spending much time in there anyways! Ship Staff Quality They were all amazing, I did not have any bad experiences. Everyone was helpful when we needed them and friendly when we didnt! Cons: There should be more food options late at night. Pizza gets old rather quick. Overall, I enjoyed my cruise but with it being my very first cruise I dont have anything to compare it to. The weather wasn't so good the first day so the ship rocked a lot! I didnt get sea sick but i was dizzy for about 3 straight hours! The crew was very nice and attentive to us. They keep u informed the entire time. I think they should place intercoms in the interior rooms because we could not hear the announcements unless we opened our door. Great staff by First Time Cruiser from MI Sailing date: Mar 2012 Pros: Staff, Entertainment Cons: Crowded swimpools Ship is kept in excellent condition. Everything was very clean and nice. We had booked a junior suite and the cabin was in great condition. There was plenty of closet space however it would have helped in a large compartment to hold airline bags was provided. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The entertainment programs were excellent. Could have helped to have better sports facilities. Bingo seemed to be very popular on the ship. The two stand up comedians were great as well. The port of calls were good however would have helped to spend some more time in both ports key west and Nassau, especially if the ship reached Nassau in morning hours then you could spend time on multiple activities Ship Details: Ship Quality Dining/Food Loved the Mongolian Wok. However it gets crowded during lunch hours and the chefs hurry up sometimes making a mess of your dish. So the quality of dish on the Mongolian Wok depends upon the chef you get :-). You have more choices of desert in the Coconut Grill dining room than the seated dining during dinner. Coggins from Graceville, FL Sailing date: Mar 2012 Pros: The opportunity to relax and do what I wanted to do. Cons: The debarkment process was not clear and we ended up waiting in the terminal because we checked our luggage the night before, but it didn't help us leave any quicker, it actually slowed us down by having to wait longer and go through customs again. The staff person wasn't even clear on what to do. We had a very enjoyable time. We didn't use bars, casinos or swim in the pool, but the room, the meals and the service were great. We got what we wanted, a time to relax, enjoy our time together and have a good first cruise experience. We did what we wanted and had fun doing it. Overall Rating: About the Reviewer: Age: 18 - 29 Cruise Experience: 7+ cruises Traveler Type: Couple BEWARE OF PORTHOLE ROOMS!!! by Adam M. from Knoxville Sailing date: Mar 2012 Pros: beautiful ship, amazingly friendly staff, decent food Cons: expensive drinks, very loud noises while pulling into port Overall the cruise was very nice. We saved some money booking our own snorkeling in Freeport and going to the public beach in Nassau. The biggest negative was definitely the porthole room. As we pulled into each dock we heard very, very loud machinery that also shook our room. This would not have been a problem except for the fact that it goes on for about an hour and occurs between four and seven in the morning. If you are an early riser who is up before then the porthole room might be for you but otherwise just go for an interior or upgrade to an ocean view! 7/10! Only issue is that there is only one pool...and the kids overrun it. Ship Details: Ship Quality Dining/Food Amazing! You will literally be double the size you were before you took the trip. Stateroom Quality Our stateroom attendant D, was amazing, they cleaned twice a day! There were a lot of fun things to do on board and all the drinks were awesome! The room service that turned your room over every night was very friendly and were ready to help with anything. Ship Details: Ship Quality Dining/Food Food available all the time to accommodate any schedule. Dinners were all top quality foods with lots of choices, serves were excellent. Stateroom Quality Very comfortable room even for being on a lower deck, great space with all necessary amenities. Ship Staff Quality I can't reiterate enough how amazing the crew was, they were very interested in your needs, the stewards and serves new your names and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Entertainment & Activities The onboard itinerary was very good, there were kids and adult shows, swimming, gambling, hot tubs, bars, a beautiful spa and salon. The only thing was the drinks prices were salty. Luckily me and my wife didn't drink much on the ship. Ship Details: Ship Quality The ship was perfect size, with the hand guide that you receive was perfect getting around! Dining/Food The Dinning room was wonderful. Service was Excellent! Stateroom Quality We stayed in a Ocean view room which was perfect for us being first time cruisers. The beds for me were hard but you will have that. Ship Staff Quality I can say enough about the staff. They were great, friendly, would do anything and everything to make your trip a great one. Lee our steward was Wonderful, our dinning room staff were also over the top. Great job to them all.
