Amazing time!!
by A Traveler from Atlanta, Ga
Sailing date:
Jun 2012
Pros:
the service, the ports, the room sizes
Cons:
the food
This was our first cruise and we had a great time! The ship was very nice with lots of options for entertainment and dining. It never felt crowded really, except for our day at sea.
Ship Details:

Only complaint is that you had to go up to floor 5 and across and then down to floor 3 for dinner...seems like they could have done a better layout so that you didn't have go up and down so much.

Ship Staff Quality
The staff could not have been nicer!!! I'm not sure that you could really find better service. Everyone just made us feel at home for our week aboard! It was our first cruise but we were blown away by the friendliness.
Entertainment & Activities
The movie options could have been better around the pool area. The dancers were very talented. We didn't go to too many shows though.

I thought Adrian in the dining room went above and beyond when he was showing my son tricks. I thought Ozzie went above and beyond because he kept asking us if all was well and would give us what we requested. He also made an extra effort witht he towel animals. I noticed that. I thought Andrei from the bar team went beyond to come to wait on us. I felt like I had my own drink person. Thanks!!! He would remember what i liked and my son also. Dewi, who helped Ozzie, would go out of her way to talk and say hello when he saw us.
Entertainment & Activities
Those singers and dancers. Wow...they worked hard. Thanks!!

They are still the FUN SHIP
by Paul from Wisconsin from S.E. Wisconsin
Sailing date:
Jan 2012
Pros:
Fantastic route, De-embaekation process much improved
Cons:
Missed Tater-Tots potatoes until last morning
SAVE $$$$ by taking $20 TAXI FROM airport (+ $1per bag) to ship. Find abother cOUPLE TO SHARE THAT $20 TAXI.. Our taxi driver tried to rip us off claiming each couple owed him $20 because we did not know eachother. We argued back and won that rates are fixed by taxi authority. THE ship was in excellent shape and comparable to all the other cruise lines.

Food was good, just finding the open buffet lines has ben reduced after prime time. Some of the special shows and buffets have beenscaled back to save moeny and reduce food loss

Pros:
The Fun Activities
Cons:

This was the first Cruise I have ever taken and I know it won't be the last. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, the housekeeper I had knew my name the first day I checked in! The food is delicious, the waiters go out of their way to give excellent service. The activities such as the game shows, night-time Las Vegas style events, live bands, comedy shows, bingo nights.... I can go on and on... are so much fun!! I am already looking forward to my next cruise!

We took a 2 hour city tour which was nice, the tour guide took us to the oldest church St James, it was nice.
Basseterre, St. Kitts
This little island has a population of 35,000 and approximately 100,000 little monkeys that are so cute, there are a lot of people walking around doing "monkey business" which really means you give a donation to their owner and take a picture with them
Don't Miss:
You have to ask your tour guide to take you to this really awesome place where you get to see where the Carribean Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean meet!
Castries, St. Lucia
During this visit we took a Catamaran out to Souffriere, where we visited a volcano and also went to a Beautiful Botanical garden.
Don't Miss:
The botanical garden
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.
This to me was the most beautiful Island the beach: Trunk Bay located at St. Johns Island (you have to take a 15 min ferry ride which cost $12 round trip from St. Thomas) is the most beautiful beach I had ever seen!
Don't Miss:
Trunk Bay at St. Johns

Excellent!! Can't wait to go back
by Amalfi C. from Little Falls, NJ
Sailing date:
Sep 2011
Pros:
Everything!!
Cons:
Debarking the ship was a bit of a hassle.
This was my second cruise experience. I loved everything!! Everyday was so much fun whether it was on the ship itself or at one of the great ports of call. The fun crew were awesome!! They were hilarious and kept my husband and I entertained for the 7 days we were there. Because we sailed in September there were almost no kids which was nice for a married couple. Unfortunately we did miss out on our last port of call due to a tropical storm that it was in the area. That didn't affect the quality of our experience at all. FYI - we sailed on 9/18/11.

The Carnival Victory is a gorgeous ship very spacious with many activities going on throughout the day. I loved the different aura each room had to offer.

Dining/Food
