Wonderful cruise!
by A Traveler from Michigan
Sailing date:
Feb 2013
Pros:
All the activities and the friendly staff
Cons:
dinner seating arrangement were not as requested
Very clean and lots of activities for all ages. Our family group, from ages 62 to 3 years all enjoyed it.

Dining/Food
Dining was excellent, missed the 5 star because we were not seated together as a group as requested. Had to spend an hour fixing our seating arrangements on first day. I had called twice to make sure our seating was correct and told we would all be together (we had a family of 15 in 4 rooms).
Stateroom Quality
Ship Staff Quality
Entertainment & Activities
We did not care for the Saturday Night Fever show. The other shows we watched were fabulous.
Children's Programs
The younger kids enjoyed it (ages 3-8), but our older grandchildren (ages 11) did not. They went the first day and did not want to return. They didn't like the activities.

This cruise is awesome!
by Liora S. from United States
Sailing date:
Feb 2013
Pros:
Lots to do on the ship, great ambiance, friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced drinks
Cons:
none really...
This was my first cruise and I am so happy we went! We were celebrating our first anniversary! We decided to go with a stateroom overlooking the promenade and it was fabulous! It wasn't as small as I expected it to be and it was very practical and nice. Your room is cleaned twice a day which means it's always nice and livable... There was so much to do on the ship and Cozumel was awesome as well (went swimming with dolphins, snorkeling and just sitting on the beach). We can't wait to bring our family!

Very clean, great layout.
Dining/Food
We are vegetarian so there weren't that many options for us...but the staff was very helpful and the alcohol always makes up for it...
Stateroom Quality
It was very pleasant and not as small as I imagined!
Ship Staff Quality
Everyone is so nice!
Entertainment & Activities
Lots to do, never boring and there's something for everyone!

Can't wait to cruise again!
by Jennifer R from Chicago, IL
Sailing date:
Feb 2013
Pros:
Dining staff, number of activities,
Cons:
our excursion in Belize, too short of a trip
So many things to do. I felt like I was in a floating hotel resort.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
There were Purel stations every where. Our room was great (stateroom with a balcony). Very easy to navigate the ship. Liked the interactive screens on every level giving the current list of activities and a map on how to get there.
Dining/Food
Food was good. There were numerous choices every night.
Stateroom Quality
For two people our room was a good size. Our attendant kept the room very clean. We loved sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the waves/water at night. Our room was toward the back of the boat and I think next time I would like a room closer to the front so that we didn't get as much of the cigarette smoke blowing by our room.
Ship Staff Quality
Loved that we were called by name. Our dining staff was the best (Naville and Vinnie). They picked up very quickly what we liked and made sure those things were at the table when we got there for dinner. We also ran into our dining waiter while at port and he came up to us and talked to us with a smile on his face. He was so happy all the time!
Entertainment & Activities
The shows were entertaining. Saturday Night Fever was the only on of the week that I found a little weak.

Birthday Cruise
by A Traveler from Michigan
Sailing date:
Jan 2013
Pros:
The balcony of our room - all the way aft- leaving all our cares behind.....
Cons:
The pool towel service is worse than awful! You have to stand in a long line to return a dirty towel.... who needs that on vacation....lines.....for dirty towels!
The Promenade is wonderful, the shows were wonderful - the food, not so much....the service could have been better. And there was so much smoking on the ship - are we in 2013 or in 1950?
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
There were a lot of rooms that we did not see much - I think they need to plan more for the Sphinx room - it was lovely.
Dining/Food
I thought Royal Caribbean was of higher class.... i think it ranks more in line with Carnival. That was not my impression going in....
Stateroom Quality
The bedding was very comfortable - the bathroom amenities...not so much.
Ship Staff Quality
Everyone was very nice.
Entertainment & Activities
Really enjoyed the quality of the shows.

I was impressed overall with the service in the ship. Everyone starting from room attendant and to waiters serving our tables really care about providing excellent service! The dining experience both in main restaurants and in buffet style cafe's was excellent. I liked the toors as well.

fantastic cruise!
by Dana c from Winston Salem, NC
Sailing date:
Mar 2012
Pros:
Great food, excellent service, Great entertainment!
Cons:
Crowded pool deck
This cruise was fantastic- the service was excellent and the food was wonderful!! The ship was clean, with plenty to do. The only con we found were that the pool deck seemed to be overly crowded and busy, but it was in the 80's and beautiful so everyone wanted to be out there in the sun.
