Great Customer Service by
A Traveler from Los Angeles Sailing date: Oct 2012Pros: Customer Service, Food. Cons: At Florence, there weren't enough shuttling buses to transport people to the cruise terminal. It was pretty chaotic as people were afraid they would miss the boat. - Great variety of food.
- Staff will do anything to satisfy customer.
- Great shows at night.
- A good amount of fun exercise classes (i.e. Latin Dance)

  A WONDERFUL CRUISE by
Mark B. from New Orleans, LA Sailing date: Feb 2012Pros: Friendly staff Cons: Price of drinks WOW!! We had a wonderful vaction with a great staff aboard the Spirit. Everything was clean and in place. The outgoing staff made it fun to be around them and helped get everyone in a great mood. Ship QualityThe Spirit is a smaller ship which made getting on & off very easy. This also makes it easy to get to know many of the passengers. Dining/FoodI was very pleased with the food, from choices to the quality. All of the dining rooms offered a peaceful setting and were very relaxing. I especially liked the Italian restaurant. Stateroom QualityNothing to compare it to, but we were very comfortable. Ship Staff QualityI can't imagine a staff being more friendly and outgoing. They made the trip. Entertainment & ActivitiesWe enjoyed all the shows we made. I did not care for the bingo, too expensive. 0 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

Great Cruise, Love the smaller ship feel by
Jeanette B from Eyota, MN Sailing date: Jan 2012Pros: Disembarking was so easy and all the staff on board were super Cons: The sea was a little rough but that is out of your control. The Captain kept us informed and safe. The ship's crew were awesome. The ship is layed out so you do not have to walk thru the casino all the time like some are. No waiting for the super meals. The shows were very entertaining and family oriented. The comedian was so funny and the dancers and singers were awesome. The inside cabin was roomy and had lots of storage areas. The Freestyle makes it more relaxing. Ship Quality

Belize City, BelizeVery beautiful and clean. Loved the shopping there. Restaurants were just fair on the island and but too expensive.
Costa Maya (Mahahual), MexicoVery costly and too many vendors always in your face to purchase something. Too small and way way way too commercialized. Would never want to return to this port.
Cozumel, MexicoToo commercialized. I visited this Island a year ago on another cruise line and totally enjoyed it, but our docking area kept us about 3 miles away from the area I had gone to on Cozumel before that was authentic of Mexican shops and restaurants. We had to go to an American Chain restaurant that was ridiculous on charges and absolutely no alcohol in drinks and were expensive.
Santo Tomas De Castilla, GuatemalaVery pretty little island and vendors were friendly and courteous. Good prices

  Great Ship. by
Shevy from Bridgeport, CT Sailing date: Apr 2007Pros: The onboard entertainment was spectacular. So is the cleanliness. The ship is wonderful. I had a oceanview cabin (which was alittle small for 2 people). The housekeeping staff was friendly. The staff in the buffet dining were like zombies. They didn't smile, they didn't frown. Maybe thats because you didn't pay. Entertainment & Activities
