We where w/ our 15,13 and 10 yr. old not "pool friendly" for them,but the choice of ports were perfect,day and night activities Amazing. Game shows (we won family feud) had everyone laughing. An overall super experience for first time cruisers. Ship Details: Ship Quality Staff never stopped cleaning!!!! Dining/Food confusing for our first time w/ anytime dining, Food was fabulous...service good Stateroom Quality Beautiful, loved excursion towels,very comfortable deck 6, Reynaldo and his asst. Kental are 5 star plus Ship Staff Quality Have worked at the Ritz Carlton..Entire staff including our humorous and accessible captain excel in above and beyond excellence Entertainment & Activities We did everything, Dance classes were ablast, schedules convenient Children's Programs Staff was great not to many children on board, in our age bracket 13 out of 13 people found this review helpful. Excellent cruise too by George G from Elizabeth NJ Sailing date: Jan 2012 Pros: Excellent Customer Service and food was good too! Cons: I liked everything of the cruise no complains of any kind This was my first time on a cruise. The people who work for Celebrity made me feel very comfortable on this cruise. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I recommend everyone to take a cruise with Celebrity and to use Orbitz, which is the best way to get a cruise. I am very happy I went on this cruise. There are no words I can write but only good things. I have no complaints but only prayer of this cruise! Ship Details: Ship Quality The stateroom was excellent and very clean. The trip was very nice too Dining/Food All the food on the ship was excelletn Stateroom Quality I liked everything in the stateroom Ship Staff Quality Celebrity has the best customer service and excellent with those who have handicap problems. Sailing date: Jan 2013 Pros: The food and the beautiful places we went! Cons: The Entertainment was just a little boring for us, band could have been better! the ship was beautiful and clean, our room was awesome! Ship Details: Ship Quality very nice and everything was accessible to us Dining/Food Food was great, didnot go to the specialty restaurants but really didn't need to with the great dining already included in the cruise Stateroom Quality The aft of the ship and our balcony room was perfect! The extra money we paid was worth it! The sunrise and sunsets from our room was awesome! Ship Staff Quality very friendly staff from our stateroom attendants, dining/bar staff to the photographers! Overall Rating: About the Reviewer: Age: 65+ Cruise Experience: 7+ cruises Traveler Type: Couple Stateroom Type: Balcony An educational and yet relaxing cruise. by John K from Wappingers Falls, NY Sailing date: Oct 2012 Pros: Smooth seas and clean and wonderful ports Cons: I missed the concourse avaliable on Freedom Class & Large Royal Caribean ships The ship was well managed and maintained. The food was excellant. The speciality resturants were very good but really no need to use them unless a special occasion. Buffet was clean and well stocked. Being able to have two bottles of wine in our room was also a nice feature. Ship Details: Ship Quality Prefer having a concorse to walk around.
