A great time
by A Traveler from South Carolia
Sailing date:
May 2012
Pros:
The crew was wonderful
Cons:
It was an older ship
It is a nice ship, it just doesn't have all the newer attractions. The pool slide was fun, but the pools are pretty small. Overall very clean, attractive ship.

I would do it again!
by April O from Orlando, FL
Sailing date:
Apr 2012
Pros:
The staff- wonderful! Reggie is the best room attendant!
Cons:
Food! 2 of 5 dinners were good. Ship decor was cheesy!
The decor was cheesy to me. The food was less than good. We were always entertained and had a wonderful time. That is what matters really.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
Everything was in perfect condition, just the decor was gaudy.
Dining/Food
I had 2 good meals at dinner. It wasn't horrible, just not what I had expected. The eggs in the morning were really good. The only dessert I liked was the chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. Dessert would always look good, just didn't taste good.

Pros:
Service
Cons:
Food
Trip was OK. Port of call entrance was deplorible in Cozumel. Smelly and dirty. Could not get coffee with my meal when I wanted it. Became a real issue. Buffets were terrible with little selection and crowded.

Second and last cruise
by A Traveler from Illinois
Sailing date:
Mar 2012
Pros:
Shore excursions
Cons:
small ship, cold pool and hot tub
Small, unimpressive ship. Nothing special.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
Very small. The running track took 11 times around to make a mile! Older feel to ship. Was clean.
Dining/Food
Food was just average, nothing special at all. I was not wowed by any food.

Entertainment & Activities
If your kids don't go to the kids program, there is very little for them to do since the pools are crowded ,cold and the hot tubs cold. The shows are late for small kids to attend if you go to an early dining option. Activities overlap and then there are gaps of nothing planned. The basketballs were deflated on day one so there were no basketballs to use. Long waits/lines for mimi golf and ping pong.

Great Cruise!
by A Traveler from West Des Moines, IA
Sailing date:
Mar 2012
Pros:
Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons:
The "Fun Force" showing up when there were supposed to be other activities.
Ship was clean and easy to navigate. Decor is outdated. Pool deck needs more chaise lounge chairs.

Dining/Food
Wait staff in Freestyle dining were awesome! Remembered us in other areas of the ship by name and our preferences. We were able to eat from a variety of options throughout the day (and night).
Stateroom Quality
Room size, condition, and amenties were great, but the decor needs to be updated. Beds were very comfortable.
Ship Staff Quality
George, our room steward, was great about servicing our room around our crazy hours. All staff was helpful and friendly. Our wait staff in the dining room, Noel, Gairy and Anderson, were very polite and humored our antics as we enjoyed our dinner every night. They were very attentive and brought us our requests promptly.
Entertainment & Activities
The first couple of nights the comedians were not very funny - at either the kid-friendly or adult only shows. The comedy on the last night was better. There was a variety of options for entertainment, and we enjoyed the variety of trivia. Did not appreciate when trivia was cancelled and the "Fun Force" was brought out -- there is only so much break-dancing a person wants to see. Too much time (40 minutes) was given to sell tickets for the last bingo/drawing for free cruise and credit on bar-bill. Could have provided entertainment (singers??) while we waited.

Fun times!
by Matt T. from Maine, USA
Sailing date:
Feb 2012
Pros:
The food was fantastic.
Cons:
Very crowded Ledo deck and pools during the days at sea.
The ship had lots to offer. The food and service was great. The evening entertainment was good.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
Very clean. The ledo deck was a bit crowded during days at sea, and could have used an extra pool and more deck space for lounge chairs.
Dining/Food
Never ate so good in my life. Staff was fun, personable, and professional. Special diets and food allergies were catered to.
Stateroom Quality
While expected, the stateroom was small, making it difficult to move around luggage. Very clean though.
Ship Staff Quality
Fun, friendly, personable, professional. The dining staff was able to cater to food diets and allergies.
Entertainment & Activities
Lots of things to do. Comedy shows were entertaining.
