A great cruise experience for all ages. by
Stephanie from Tampa, Florida Sailing date: Mar 2007Pros: Port of calls and ship cleanliness. Except for one rude employee I encountered at the Photo Gallery, the crew was extremely friendly and helpful. The ship was very clean, orderly and pleasing to the eye. I will definitely select Royal Caribbean for my next cruise vacation. Entertainment & Activities

Belize City, BelizePeople are friendly.
Did not like the color of the water in Belize City.
Costa Maya (Mahahual), MexicoCosta Maya was my favorite Port of Call.
Costa Maya still has an untouched quality that is not commercialized as is other port of calls. The beaches are beautiful, and the color of the water is breathtaking.
Don't Miss: The beaches. Cozumel, MexicoCozumel is too commercialized.
Food was extremely expensive (they even charged a separate amount for gucamole.). Shop vendors were constantly beckoning for us to come into their stores. One vendor tried to charge $30 for one T-shirt.
Don't Miss: Beaches. George Town, Grand Cayman

Costa Maya (Mahahual), MexicoCosta Maya great jewelry shopping.
It was so easy to stroll off the ship and into the small, quaint town. I was extremely satisfied with the service and values while shopping at Diamonds International.
Don't Miss: Diamonds International Stores. Cozumel, MexicoCozumel was bustling.
Visited the Mayan Ruins of Tulum. Guide was very knowledgeable and gave a good overview with plenty of time to tour on our own. Beautiful scenery. The town of Cozumel was large with many shops and shopkeepers trying to sell to the folks on the street. Interesting variety of shops.
Don't Miss: Ruins at Tulum. 0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

  Italian Cruise by
Debbi M from Colorado Springs Sailing date: Sep 2009Pros: Italy and seeing so much of the country while we were cruising Cons: The choice of wine on the cruise ship, no Italian wine. The ship was smaller than we were used to but it did have everything we wanted. The staff were friendly and worked hard to make our vacation perfect. Cruising around Italy was wonderful and allowed us to see different regions. All of the excursions were great fun and allowed us to personalize our cruise. Ship Quality
Dining/FoodWhile the food was good there was no wow factor. This was not fine dining like we have expereinced on other cruise lines. Stateroom QualitySmall but comfortable. Ship Staff QualityStaff made this cruise an excellent experience. Entertainment & ActivitiesEntertainment was lacking during the days at seas. Bingo and art auctions are not for everyone 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
