- If you find a lower advertised rate within 48 hours of booking with Orbitz Cruises, call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-888-656-8184.
- Provide us with the details. The lower advertised rate must be a price for the same cruise (same ship, sailing dates, and cabin category) that you purchased through our site.
- A Customer Service Representative will review the details. If the lower rate is confirmed, we'll process your refund for 110% of the price difference.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- You must have first purchased a cruise from Orbitz Cruises.
- The lower advertised rate must be a price found for the same cruise (same ship, sailing dates, and cabin category) that you purchased through Orbitz Cruises.
- Our Best Price Guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public.
- You must meet all requirements for the lower advertised rate (residency requirements for regional specials, age-related discounts, etc.).
- Our Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Promotional packages, group deals, air or land components, shipboard credit, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included.
- To claim a refund, you must contact us prior to your sailing date and within 48 hours of your Orbitz Cruises purchase. You must call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-888-656-8184 to claim your refund.
- Orbitz Cruises is solely responsible for servicing and fulfilling on all valid claims.
- The lower advertised rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us.
- Your refund request will be reviewed and we will determine whether you have met the necessary requirements.
- Orbitz Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor’s lower price.
- Orbitz Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition.
- If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval.
- Orbitz Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
These Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard Orbitz Terms & Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and Orbitz relating to your cruise purchase.
Void where prohibited by law. Orbitz reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions on the Orbitz.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Best Price Guarantee and the Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions from the Orbitz.com web site.
